We had an urgent situation & I reached out on a Sunday after checking their website & pricing. Steven & Jill are fantastic. He clearly explained what was wrong with our oil tank, walked me through how he would fix it & communicated throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured, just informed & confident in the decisions being made. He got our hot water back quickly, then installed a new oil tank, handled the wiring & cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. They're professional, friendly & easy to work with. Since that first visit, I've contacted them twice for other issues & each time they've been honest, responsive & reliable. Their pricing is fair & absolutely worth it for the quality of work & peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again & highly recommend them.

5 Stars - Honest, Quick, and Professional!…read more I had a great experience with this local HVAC company and highly recommend them. Our AC stopped working during the start of a heatwave, and Kyle was able to get out to us quickly. He was absolutely fantastic--friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stood out was the honesty. Kyle diagnosed the issue fast, explained everything clearly, and made the repair without trying to upsell us on anything we didn't need. That kind of transparency and integrity is rare these days, and it's exactly why I'll be calling them again for any future HVAC needs. Thanks again to Kyle for the excellent service from start to finish!

They worked very hard and cleaned up after installation. They did a walk through with me upon completion and instructed me concerning the operation of the system. On July 27, 2026 a technician from Flynn-Aire arrived at our home to conduct a yearly maintenance…read moreon our central air conditioning system. We were concerned as we watched the technician and asked him how long he'd been with Flynn-Aire. He answered 8 months. ( for this level of expertise we paid $350) After a cursory check on our system the technician said everything was fine, and he left. Two hours later we went upstairs where to our horror water was dripping from the unit in our attic along the ceiling, onto our carpeting and into our chandelier. After two phone calls Flynn-Aire dispatched a second technician who glued the pipe that had been damaged by technician #1 and told us we would be contacted by Flynn since they had "a Sheetrock Guy" who could repair the damage. And then - crickets. No call from Flynn-Aire. Today is August 7, we have repeatedly called to speak to the owner, Bob Von Hagen, but he obviously has "Colleen" running interference and we have not heard from him. We have pictures to support our statement. We leave the decision on whether or not to use Flynn-Aire for your air conditioning needs to you. Count us as a former client.

Joe and his team are always extremely knowledgeable and a really nice group of people. Joe has an after hours messaging center which is 24 hours, and his team is always well equipped. We've now used Accurate Mechanical Works three times. They did a great job and were both reasonably priced and honest (we had an existing system that had never been turned on, and they didn't try to unnecessarily upsell us). Having had a good initial experience, we've used them two times since to address issues elsewhere in our home, both times completely resolving the issues without trying to rip us off. I'm inspired to write this review, because we had an issue a couple days ago in which the heat wasn't turning on our kids' bedrooms. I called the company at 9:01am and received an email at 10:23am indicating a tech was en route. The tech, Henry, was incredibly friendly, quickly diagnosed a somewhat uncommon issue, and made the repair. My wife also had him look at a separate radiant floor heating issue we'd been experiencing, and he again quickly diagnosed the issue, which, unfortunately would require us taking up the floor to fix. It's difficult finding quality and reliable service people, and after trying many HVAC companies over the years, we're happy to have found a long term solution.
