Our AC stopped working during the start of a heatwave, and Kyle was able to get out to us quickly. He was absolutely fantastic--friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I understand that this is a very busy season but not a call or email for just an appointment is not good. I do not understand why some companies even offer the option to fill in for a request on their web site. I filled out three other requests and with a day they provided me with an appointment. It's a shame because I liked the puppy sitting with the owner! Update on 07/1 I called again and this time I spoke with Christian who set up an appointment for 7/03 between 1-3pm.
