Joe and his team are always extremely knowledgeable and a really nice group of people. Joe has an after hours messaging center which is 24 hours, and his team is always well equipped. After requesting quotes on Yelp, I got a slew of phone calls from different companies asking if I wanted to make an appointment for an estimate. At 8pm, Nick called and instead of pitching himself to do the repair, he gave us some suggestions as to what the problem could be and how to fix it. Following Nick's suggestion, we made a quick trip to Home Depot, bought the $40 piece, replaced the broken piece. The fix took less than ten minutes and just as Nick had said, the furnace was working again! Never, in my 29 years of home ownership, has a service person ever turned down an opportunity for a job that probably would've cost several hundred dollars (not including the initial diagnostic fee)!! Tony the owner came to the house looked over my current system and suggested a new Weil McLain gas boiler and also to install a two zone control panel. We liked his presentation as well as giving us several comparable options as to equipment choices in case we could not get the Weil McLain boiler that we wanted due to supply chain shortages. From a price standpoint we found wolf HVAC to be very competitive . We chose to go with Tony. The Wolf HVAC crew came to my house at 8 AM started the job removed all the existing equipment and piping to clear the way for the new system which was the Weil McLain boiler Tony specified originally. They returned on the second day and completed the job, started and ran the boiler and tested the zones. They also installed two new Honeywell thermostats . They cleaned the basement and removed all the debris's. They worked very clean, the job was done in a professional manner and we were very satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Tony and Wolf HVAC to anyone that would ask for a recommendation.
