I then made a second appointment which the company then did a "No Show" again. The reason given to me was the technician was busy at another appointment. Seth and another guy was responsible for installing the unit on the day of. John came by to make sure the installation was going okay. The guys were quick and efficient with the installation. The job itself was very clean install of the unit and they covered the pipe going down the side of my house so it looks a lot better! They completed the installation all in one day, which was great! They took away the old unit and cleaned up afterwards. We also ended up upgrading our thermostat. John was accommodating and sent Seth back at a later time (after we received the new thermostat) to install the new thermostat. It took a bit to get the heat pump working but ultimately it was all done and John and Seth stayed to make sure both the AC and heat pump was working. So we were very happy with how the project was handled and completed.
