They could probably use some 409 or Mr clean in the to clean up the place a bit. People working there not the friendliest but the food was decent. Prices where higher then I remember, to really eat $28 worth of Chinese food you need to eat dinner, set up cot up in the restaurant, spend the night, then have lunch and dinner here the next day, you may get to $28. This is my sons and I go to Chinese fast food restaurant in the area. We've tried others but this one is the best. The food is always hot and perfect portions. The staff is friendly, we've never had an issue or rude encounter. I decided to leave a review because I don't trust people's reviews and have to try something at least once. I drive a little farther away from my house because their food reminds me of the old days where it's not super greasy and just right. I wanted to try something different. Singapore Chow Mein Fun had a spicy red sauce with a decent amount of veggies but the emphasis is on the rice noodles with shrimp and BBQ pork. I liked that version of BBQ and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. I've read this is a very popular street food in Singapore and I can see why. Tried this for the first time today. Not impressed. The food was exactly like every other Chinese restaurant so nothing special for the $25 price tag. I ordered orange chicken and asked if I could have noodles instead of rice. He said yes but I had to be charged for an order of noodles at that price (of course no detail receipt was provided). Plus it wasn't just a side order. If he had told me that's how it was I would've passed and taken the rice. Feel ripped off. Didn't need a large order of noodles for sure. Nor did I think I was ordering this size of chicken either. Again unnecessary for one person. I'll chalk this experience up to my fault as I should have asked what I ordered when he said $25. I've been driving to this establishment ever since the Chinese Take-Out by me is no longer as good as it once was. I drive 9 miles to pick up food from here. The portions are larger than normal, everything tastes super fresh, and the egg rolls don't taste like they have been laying in the fryer. Chicken lomein excellent. Crab rangoons, egg rolland bee f teriyaki yummy. I LOVE fried wontons and lately when I order they are just the fried shell with minuscule pork/beef inside. We just moved here from DFW TX and we found that WOK-N-ROLL was the best around in our area back in TX. We were so sad when we moved because we left sooo much great food back in TX. We didn't even know Florida had them here. It taste the same. The General's chicken is sooo good. Fried rice is cooked perfectly and the egg rolls are actual egg rolls. Love this! Makes the transition here easier because this will definitely be our quick and easy dinner night when we feel lazy lol. They are very kind as well. Since they were one of the only places open when we ordered takeout, our wait to pick it up was longer, but that was expected. We ordered general tso's and hunan chicken. This has to be the worst Chinese food ever. Found a bug of some sort in the batter of my sweet and sour chicken. When I called to tell them, I was told that. " that can happen" I was appalled. I usually get some lunch or dinner from wok-n-roll when I use to work near by because it was cheap and easy to get. The food was pretty decent but sometimes I always had to add a bit of soy sauce to the fried rice (I'm not even a salty eater). The soup is pretty good, I usually get the hot n sour soup and my friends all love the egg drop from there. The service is pretty fast but you'll usually get their kids to pick up the phone or work the counter and so on. The delivery sometimes takes a really really long time... Especially the few times I had ordered and I worked in the same plaza! I wouldn't be able to get my food for maybe 45 mins or more. Sometimes they forget my soda too but I don't judge then too much on that. The food is pretty good and the serving amount is a lot. They are clean with their food and most of it is fresh. read more

I had my food delivered in less time that they gave me which is a good thing. But most of all the food was delicious!! We love the food here. Their beef teriyaki skewers are absolutely divine, and we usually always get two orders of 4 sticks just so there are enough for us to gorge! I also really love their lunch specials - $4.95 for an entree, choice of rice, and choice of canned soda or soup. The amount of rice that comes with the lunch special is pretty insane; I think you get as much as what comes in their 'large' sized box! It's more than enough to last for two lunches, although what I order generally doesn't reheat well, even in the oven. I really love their honey chicken, too. Delivery is usually very fast, around 30 minutes after ordering, and the food arrives hot and fresh. A couple of times we've ordered the sweet and sour combo (chicken, pork, shrimp) and it's come overcooked - it's no fun when you get three or four shrimp, and they're all cooked to an unappetizing crisp. They advertise as never using MSG, which seems right - I don't taste it, so that's definitely a plus. read more

This place is hit or miss, today unfortunately was miss, total miss. I ordered the dinner combo Moo Goo Gai pan which comes with white rice and an egg roll. The Chicken had hardly any taste whatsoever, the rice was well. white rice, however the egg roll, now that was another issue, none of it good, the cabbage seemed fermented, not crisp but somewhat like left over sauerkraut. I also order the POO POO appetizer, HUGE fail, tons of puffed fried chicken, meh (bland). The rest of the platter consisted of over cooked, dry short ribs with literally no sauce on them, the two egg rolls that also came with that were just like the first one that I bit into. Two skewers of "hide" not actually some tender grilled beef but actually leather, severely overcooked, dry not palatable skewered beef. Like I said, it's hit or miss, this was a blinding miss with no care for their product at all. Not going back and not really suggesting anyone try it either. Horrible horrible experience. read more

Just called to place a delivery order. First question asked 'do you have delivery?' Answer 'yes'. Start to place order and mid order employee states 'wait, let me call delivery guy see if he can be here for 4:30 because he's taking a break, can you just come get it?' This is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant! We moved here about a year and a half ago and decided to try Wok n Roll for dinner one night. We've never stopped going back! The food is fresh and tasty. When we order for pickup it's always done within 15-20 minutes and the order is always correct. Delivery can take a little longer, but we live close enough where it's no problem to pick it up. Prices are very reasonable and you get a lot for your money. It's a regular go-to place! read more

Horrible management, the lemon chicken was taste less, the jumbo shrimp wasn't so "Jumbo". I ordered delivery and when the woman was at my door she rudely said you HAVE to pay $3 tip... and then she said i have no change for my bill...!Really!? so basically i was forced to give her a $6 tip. I deal with a lot of people with accents and I'm able to communicate with them fine, but the woman that picks up the phone needs to understand that her accent is really thick and she doesn't need to be rude if you don't understand her. read more

I'm not sure what to think about this place due to its inconsistency. I used to work near here and would order online for both pickup and delivery and never had any issues. But today I ordered online for delivery to my condo nearby and the experience was awful. The website put the order through unexpectedly while we were in the middle of deciding what we wanted in such a way that we did not even realize that it had been put through. By the time we realized and called the restaurant to check, the food was done so we had to accept it even though it wasn't what we wanted. It wasn't their fault, it was the website, so we let it go. Since the food was done, we expected to get it soon since we live close. 25 min later I get a call from the delivery guy at a totally wrong address. Gave him directions to get to us. Another 15 min and we had our food. The sweet and sour chicken that we were stuck with was not even chicken. Check out the photos- it's pork (I think?) and shrimp. We will not be ordering again.
