    TERRIBLE COMPANY, THE WORST, ZERO STAR. This company has…read moresome many problems. 1) They use different names . "Linn star transfer, inc" - "Forward Final Mile." Please HOME DEPOT. LG or any company thinking to hire this company, please don't do it. Try to find other delivery company. 2) BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT- The customer service is not helpful. They have not communications with the drivers or the warehouse. When you call the customer service is just to heard . "I understand. I will send one email to the warehouse and call you back" . And they never call. In My case 1) They received my refrigerator , oven and dishwasher from LG on 29th of June 2022 . Today is the 09th. And I still no clue when I'm going to receive the Appliences. 2) The Scheduled on JULY 7th . From 11- 3 PM. They didn't show up or call to cancel. I lost the entire day of work for nothing . 3) They scheduled for Friday from 11-3 PM . And also they didn't show up or call to cancel. I lost again the entire day of work for nothing . 4) They rescheduled to delivery Saturday. 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. No delivery, no calls no nothing .

    ZERO STARS! This is the WORST company EVER and I don't know why Home Depot continues to use them! I…read moreordered an LG Washer and dryer with the LG Sidekick for the washer and a regular pedestal with the dryer. Ordered in January with a delivery date of March 29 - i get it, supply chain issues. They delivered the dryer and pedestal for it without an issue, but when it came to the washer and sidekick the nightmare began. When they unboxed the sidekick, they discovered it was dented. They took back both the washer and the dented sidekick. They next attempted to deliver them on April 16 (after calling and asking if they could deliver one on the 12th and one on the 13th - ummm, no!). Got a call on the 16th. They had ONE key to the truck for the delivery and the driver they couldn't find had the key. (give them props for creativity!). Rescheduled for April 23. When they arrived, they brought in the washer and lo and behold, the sidekick was dented - same one?? They took the sidekick and left the washer (and hauled away my old washer - now I can't wash at all) but refused to hook up the washer because they said they could not hook up the sidekick when it came if the washer was hooked up. WHAT?? Next delivery date May 5th. They brought the "sidekick" down in the box, unboxed it. Nope, not dented, but also NOT THE SIDEKICK. they took it back with them and the driver hooked up the washer so I could at least do wash. Wish me luck getting them to install the sidekick if I ever actually receive it! Also, I discovered today that the link they sent me for the delivery says that it was delivered and they faked my signature!!!!! Saga continues when I decided to cut my losses with Home Depot on the Sidekick and they could not have cared any less about what they have put me through. Tried to sell me their floor model but refused to hook it up. What good is that to me?? They refunded my money when I had some choice words for them - but did not refund me for the protection plan for a piece of appliance that I don't have. Now I have to go back to see if I can get my money back for that!
