Because my home is less than 10 years old, the quote seemed unreasonable, so I obtained a second opinion from another licensed electrician. I was informed that the underground service conductor issue was the responsibility of Xcel Energy, not the homeowner. I contacted Xcel Energy directly, and they inspected the issue and completed the necessary work within two days at no cost to me. Based on these facts, I believe I was asked to pay more than $2,000 for work that either was unnecessary or was the responsibility of the utility company rather than the homeowner. In my opinion, this was a serious attempt to charge me for work that I did not need to pay for. I strongly recommend that anyone receiving a costly estimate for service entrance or meter-related electrical work obtain a second opinion and contact their utility company before authorizing repairs. Basically, Zach/ Norske Electric, Inc. try to scam me for 2,000

I was supposed to hear back from him. Almost a week later, despite repeated calls, no response. Todd and Tyler, shame on you for having Summer, who answers the phone, send me a text message! Booooooo Update, summer says she's a manager and SHE won't allow me to talk to anyone but her because I berated her ... that's what happens when you don't respond to someone who has paid you $15 for work that wasn't properly completed and resulted in ower surge damage to my house in excess of $10k. Oooo, tech is here but Summer threatened to send hom away when I asked for a written list of what work he was told to do. Hello, it's called documentation

Simply put, I do not recommend them. They say the right things, but then leave you hanging when…read moresupport is needed. The job was to install a Rinnai RXP199i unit with the WiFi module. The only part of the job that went OK was the installation of the unit (the bare minimum) . Once installed, it became clear that they did not know how to install the WiFi module for the unit, nor that the control panel that came with the unit was in fact the recirculation controller that came with the unit. I watched 3 different technicians be completely at a loss on what to do, and all left the job (in 2 different visits) without a clue of what to do. Then the company stopped responding to all attempts of communication (text, email, phone). I ended up looking the installation up on YouTube and found a multitude of videos that explain the 5 minute job this was. The second issue came when the rebate that is offered for installing this type of heater was rejected because the company failed to include the model number on the invoice. Again, the company continue to ghost every attempt of communication and have completely ignore the request to update the invoice. For a business that reportedly prides itself in having been founded understanding the importance of treating the customer with respect and honesty, this has been an epic fail in service.
