Because the line was busy at the time, I liked that there was an option on their phone line to request a call back. I didn't have to wait long for the call back which was about 15 minutes. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very gracious and helpful and he told me that one of the tech guys would call me to make an appointment to come by my home to look at my computer. He said it would be a day or two but I received a call from Mark to make an appointment within 10-15 minutes. I was impressed. Mark arrived right on schedule at six in the evening. It only took about 45 minutes for him to resolve the issues on my laptop. He gave me some great suggestions on caring for my laptop from what kind of spyware/malware software to use to making an appointment to have my laptop cleaned. I like that I was able to get in home service within a few days since my laptop troubles began and the service that was provided. I thought the cost was reasonable. I definitely will be using Geekatoo in the future whenever I have issues with my computer.

Ron thoroughly explained everything in detail and then let me know the approximate costs prior to beginning work. He gave me a project maximum cost which he did end up staying under upon completion. Ron completed his work and patched up the walls in a reasonable amount of time. The wall patching isn't perfect but he explained how to finish the walls even better with a few items from Home Depot which was helpful. In the end, the final product looked great! If you are looking for a seasoned TV installer who really knows how to get it done, Ron is your man!
