I called Tony's Appliance to check if a stove was available. I talked with Kari, a sales associate. I told her the amount we had for a new one and asked if they accept cash. She assured me they do. She checked the model number I inquired about and told me it had been sold. Then she went further to suggest another model no. like the one I had chosen. It also was not available. She asked me to hold on while she looked at Scratch and Dent items. Then she gave me the model number of that one. It was $898, which was way above the $625 we had. I told her we would have to pass on that one. This is where she went above and beyond what you would expect. She asked me if I would wait a minute. When she came back, she told me the manager was offering it to us for $599, although she couldn't find a scratch or dent on it anywhere. My husband and I both exclaimed, SOLD! Then she did something I would never have expected from a representative of an appliance store. She asked our particulars, such as name, address, etc. Then she put SOLD on the stove without us paying a penny on it. That next day, we went to see our new stove. It is way beyond what we had intended to purchase. Not only is it beautiful but it has all the bells and whistles that, normally, cost way above at other appliance stores. She did the transaction with us and we got our stove the next day. It only cost us $25 tax along with the $625 that was gifted to us by a friend, who is with the ministry we are with. As if this wasn't enough. My husband talked to Tony about our washing machine agitator. The top had been broken. He fixed it with a new top and only charged us $30. We found out you can also buy appliance needs, such as flexible gas lines, from them. When we need, or anyone else does, we are recommending Tony's Appliance for our next purchase because they treated us as customers should be treated. read more

Came here on Black Friday. My son is in the market for a new dishwasher. He had already done his research and was choosing between a couple different brands/models. When we arrived there were already lots of other people shopping. A salesperson approached and was nicely casual about helping out. Talked over a few options. Unfortunately they did not have the models on hand that he was looking for. Even though he had a pretty good idea of what he wanted, having an actual model to review would have helped. They were able to give him an estimate on the unit, including delivery and installation. I would use Tony in the future for deciding on appliances. read more

We had a great experience using Tony's. We got a whole package deal on sale with new stainless steel appliances to replace our old outdated ones from 20 years ago. They were professional and prompt with service. The installer was very nice and thoroughly explained how to use all of our new appliances. They placed a drop cloth down, so our carpet wouldn't get too dirty. They did scuff up our wall a little bit and chip some paint, so I'll have to fix that. Otherwise, we're very happy so far with the whole process and our new setup. read more

We purchased a Maytag microwave from here that lasted just over a year. Was so upset that I replaced it at Warner Stellian. The Maytag oven lasted about 15 years until it wouldn't get past 350 degrees. I checked Warner Stellian, and everything had to be ordered and would take 3 weeks, etc. I went to Tony's again, and it seemed stainless was the only option. I'm usually a Whirlpool person. This GE oven was marked down. It has steam clean and air fryer feature. Delivery was 3 days later on a Tuesday as it was in stock. Delivery guys took the old one,leveled, and instructed me to leave the oven on 15 minutes to burn off the factory smell. The delivery and setup guys were really nice. Very poor customer service. The saleslady we bought a range from knew absolutely nothing about any of the appliances she was selling. On top of that she rang up the purchase on my credit card for $31,000 instead of $3100. That mistake was corrected but I called back to rerun the card I asked for some kind of discount for my inconvenience. The manager told me to either buy the range or get lost. I had just purchased a chest freezer there a few weeks prior but they could not care less. I bought the range since we needed it asap but that is the last time I do business with this company. Also, they had marked up the stove many hundreds of dollars above MSRP to make it look like I was getting a good deal but in fact I paid MSRP, and could have saved money by shopping elsewhere. They even had the gall to send me a text asking for a review, not realizing that when you irritate a customer the review won't be good! read more

We purchased an electronic stove and refrigerator about a month ago. We noticed after the installation that the bottom drawer on stove was tilted. We called to have it fixed and Tony himself showed up, he took measurements and went back to shop to build new brackets. He came back in a week and fixed it. Perfect now. I've pretty well had it with Tony's. We had them come out to look at our dishwasher, and they charged us $99 to tell us it was too old and had to many problems to fix. They offered to have someone call us with ideas for a replacement, who did, and basically up sold us a $700 one. We thought that was kind of expensive after thinking about it, and sure enough looked up on their website and saw a comparable Frigidaire on sale for $429, so we changed that. The final kicker was today two stooges came out to install the new one. They asked where the breaker box was, and then I watched as one kept on flipping every breaker in the house on and off and fried my $160 WiFi router. They don't try and sell you a bunch of crap you don't need (like a case of water filters), everyone I've worked with is friendly, and they provide sound advice for keeping your appliances functioning as long as possible AND advice on which are easier to fix. The appointment was set up from 2 to 4, the repairman arrived at around 5:30 and the first thing he said was your microwave is 12 years old and you might need to replace this. He spent more time pouting and replacing the cover. I've used Tony's appliance before but never encountered this kind of repair service. Paying $89 for a service to tell you right away that you need to replace the appliance is like a highway robbery . Really disappointed. The repairman appeared to be not in the mood to repair, maybe he's tired from his other calls. I should just have rescheduled. read more

We called Tony's to replace our 1987 air conditioner. They were responsive to my initial email, scheduled a convenient time to come and measure to determine the correct size, and provided 3 options well within our budget. They were friendly and respectful of our home during the measurement and installation. When looking in the furnace room, the installer noticed water on the floor from our water softener and immediately said it wasn't working. Instead of trying to sell us a new softener, he looked closer and found a couple of clips had been dislodged. He fixed them, no extra charge. Bought a refrigerator at Tony's. It was delivered and installed without any issues. The next day we noticed the refrigerator was not cooling as it should. Appeared cool air was leaking out the doors. I was reluctant to try to adjust anything myself. So I called Tony's and they were out within 2 hours to adjust the doors. That took care of the problem. This company is not certified to service refrigerators. We called them on a Saturday morning after our refrigerator mysteriously stopped working overnight. They managed to get someone here a few hours later, but he looked at the fridge...unplugged it and plugged it back in and informed us that he wasn't qualified to fix it...then charged us $90. When my refrigerator stopped chilling (the freezer section was working, though), I called Tony's late on Monday afternoon and described the problem. Jerry arrived at 8:15 on Tuesday morning. It took him about 30-40 minutes to assess, dismantle, and replace the blown defrost timer (which he had in his truck, thank you Jesus!). Expensive? Heck if I know -- what I needed was a cold refrigerator and I got one! The charge was a whole lot less than the cost of a new refrigerator. Now here's the deal -- I could have called my Brother John The Fix-it Man and it would have cost me maybe half of what I paid Tony's, BUT (big BUT), I can be pretty darned sure that BJTFM would not have had the required part in his truck -- and my freakin' refrigerator would not have been fixed for another damn day! Bottom line: I'd use Tony's again in a heartbeat. So there! read more

I had a lot of hope for this place but was greatly disappointed. I recently asked Tony's Appliance to look at why my dishwasher wasn't draining. The tech they sent over was here less than 10 minutes and he spent more time on his tablet then looking at my dishwasher. He quickly said it's the drain pump and it will cost $260 in parts and labor to fix. I was shocked. Replacing a drain pump takes all of about 10 minutes and they wanted $200 in labor for that ($60 for the part, of which the same part is 12 dollars less at other appliance part stores, so talk about a mark up). I never agreed to the work as I thought this was ridiculous and the tech hardly looked at why my dishwasher wouldn't drain. So, I looked at it further and actually did his job and took the hose off to see if there was a clog and low and be hold, there was a clog. It took 2 seconds to clear and guess what, the dishwasher drains like a charm. Tony's appliance wanted me to pay $260 for something that wouldn't have fixed the problem (the current drain pump works great). The incompetent service I received is unacceptable. When I told customer service about the poor service from the technician, they say they talked to Tony and he said I still needed to pay $89 for them to come out (the customer service rep actually apologized, she was the only good person to talk to at the company). They wanted me pay almost 3 times that for something that wouldn't have fixed the problem. I fixed the problem in less than a couple minutes and it didn't involve replacing the drain pump or paying for any parts. Tony needs better technicians that one, know how to work with people and two, know how to do their job. Tony should also have not charged me for doing his employees work. It's unacceptable and poor business. read more

I thought that until I ran into a warranty situation with a big box store and it was a disaster! So i went with Tony's, because their own maintenance crew will come out immediately if an appliance breaks while under warranty. Tony's replaced an old water softener that had seen better days. During the installation, the installer grumbled about the local requirement for permits and inspection ("Experienced companies don't need inspections, permits just generate fees") following major plumbing jobs. Predictably, the installation FAILED the local city inspection. I had to take another half day off from work so that they could come back and fix the problem.
