Within 10 minutes I got a call from Brian. He was beyond helpful and went above and beyond in helping me. He told Me they were closed today, that he could come out tomorrow, and he asked me what the problem was. I told him what the issue was, and told him I have some knowledge as an electrician. We continued to talk about the issue. He walked me through where the problem most likely was, leading to a blown fuse. And sure enough with a new $6 fuse, the furnace works! Brian truly went above and beyond in helping me with this. He was quick to respond, and most of all knowledgeableand and helpful. He didn't have to walk me through diagnosing the issue, but I was very appreciative he did. I would recommend their service to anyone. If someone is willing to help and treat others like this, that's the company I want working on my furnace.

Not to mention the job was not completed and no other company wanted to touch their giant mistake. The real kicker is when we called them about our soggy ceiling sink the disaster pan was overfilling they denied any water damage( I have this phone call recorded) it took three years of fighting with the home reality company CINCH (also goes by sears home warranty) who assigned us to General Heating and AC. Cinch is another huge problem assigning work to companies that are not competent at the job, after fighting with them for many summers they only agreed to pay for half of the very costly reinstall of the unit! Our home owners insurance went up due to this, we had no AC for three summers. General heatings team of Cheryl and Zac are extremely unprofessional. Zac admitted this was only the second high velocity unit he had installed which showed some there was a plethora of things done wrong. This company has caused me endless headaches, hours on the phone, and thousands of dollars down the hole, if you are assigned to them from a home warranty company for the love of God request to be placed with a different company! Great and prompt service from Patrick!…read more I smelled gas on one of the coldest days of the winter. Centerpoint came out and diagnosed a leak in the furnace so they turned off the gas. I called several heating and coooling repair companies, and as expected, most were booked out since it was a cold day and many people were having issues. Then I called Edina Heating & Cooling and reached Patrick, who was very friendly and helpful. He agreed to come out that day to look at the furnace even though he likely wouldn't be able to repair or replace it that day. He showed up on time and quickly figured out what the issue was, and gave me options to fix something that the original installers had done incorrectly, or replace the unit. I decided to do the repair, and he was able to come back in the morning with the parts needed, and got it fixed in an hour, within 24 hours of my calling. Very happy with my experience overall.
