Great and prompt service from Patrick!…read more I smelled gas on one of the coldest days of the winter. Centerpoint came out and diagnosed a leak in the furnace so they turned off the gas. I called several heating and coooling repair companies, and as expected, most were booked out since it was a cold day and many people were having issues. Then I called Edina Heating & Cooling and reached Patrick, who was very friendly and helpful. He agreed to come out that day to look at the furnace even though he likely wouldn't be able to repair or replace it that day. He showed up on time and quickly figured out what the issue was, and gave me options to fix something that the original installers had done incorrectly, or replace the unit. I decided to do the repair, and he was able to come back in the morning with the parts needed, and got it fixed in an hour, within 24 hours of my calling. Very happy with my experience overall.

Kevin had it fixed in a couple of hours, the pressure switches also had gotten wet and needed to be replace. Which if we didn't have the best furnace these may have been cheaper but with the pump and switches the price that they billed us was still very reasonable. I know that when we have our A/C unit replaced that I will be calling them to provide the services. They are awesome, come out when called, the work is always good and Kevin is great!
