We were told at the time that they would reimburse us for the nearly $500 charge. Then earlier this year in May when the temps hit the 80s and 90s we discovered that when they installed the furnace the neglected to reinstall the air conditioner so they finally reinstalled it on May 16. It was 63 degrees by then. And they still haven't reimbursed us for the needless work and trip charge in December. When I texted the salesperson about it on May 29, 2025 his response was that I should be nice and have more patience. It has been 5 1/2 months and I am being impatient. Within 10 minutes I got a call from Brian. He was beyond helpful and went above and beyond in helping me. He told Me they were closed today, that he could come out tomorrow, and he asked me what the problem was. I told him what the issue was, and told him I have some knowledge as an electrician. We continued to talk about the issue. He walked me through where the problem most likely was, leading to a blown fuse. And sure enough with a new $6 fuse, the furnace works!
