As I picked up my phone and proceeded to walk through my kitchen to the garage door, I heard a loud bang in the garage as I rushed out the door see what it was, my cousin unbelievably forgot to open the garage door as she felt she was doing me a favor my back in the car out the garage into the driveway. Thankfully we were able to get the door open to where we were able to get the car out and then force it closed, but that was it it was seized shut at that point. Highly upset of the situation although forced to keep my composure because I was at work and didn't want the world to know about my morning casualty, I sucked it up got on my desktop went to Yelp and found Royals Garage Door Service. When I explain to them the situation, they first comfort by me by letting me know that "my situation is extremely common" and they reassured me that they can come out, give me an estimate and change the garage door within 24 hours, which amazingly they kept to their word. When I came home the following early evening I had a brand new garage door that was fully functioning and open actually smoother and my old door did.
