No mess & the roof has not been cleaner since the installation of the roof. I have a high-pitched roof and about 2,000 square feet of surface area. I climbed up on the roof to inspect it and it is moss-less. I am passing the company's contact information to everyone in my office. Thanks.

Their lead knew every aspect of preparation, including consideration of minimizing damage to plants below; thoroughly washing the roof and spreading the moss killer; and just as importantly disconnecting the gutter drains to clean and collect the moss killer liquid. It was a job well done and the cost was well worth it!

Emily contacted us early this year asking if we would like to be on a schedule and I said, "heck yeah!" Twice a year, don't call us, just come on out. Easy. Here it is the middle of July 2019, no windows cleaned. My wife and I tried to communicate but as another reviewer said so eloquently, "We tried calling the next day to see what happened and tried calling the next day after that to see what happened. No one has responded, no one has returned our call. Very unprofessional and we will not be calling them again for window washing services." My recommendation to NW Window Washing is to find help to respond to your good customers or you will lose them. We have already contacted another company and had our windows cleaned, same price but they talked to us.

I'm a general contractor and Craig at Victory is the only person I will ever use anymore. I've used…read morehim on over 30 jobs and not a single issue. When I call he either answers promptly or if I need to leave a message he will return it usually the same day. I had him out just last week on a remodel project and I was surprised on how many times his phone rang!! Atleast 20 times in the 3 hours he was there. He answered it every time he wasn't 30 feet in the air on a ladder and was writing down customer information in the notepad he pulled from his tool belt. I was joking with him about needing a secretary and he says "I've tried that and customers get poor unhelpful service." With that being said... when his phone isn't ringing.. he is installing the nicest gutters you will ever own. All the corners joints he takes time to cut and form on site. Not like the patched in corner joints a lot of guys use. Also he screws the gutters in with the fancy inside clip things and not those giant ugly nails. I don't write reviews typically but people don't understand the hours and hard work put in when being a contractor. It's a lifestyle and not a 9-5 job. Anyways... he's no BS. Check him out and be patient, he's busy, he does it all
