Sit outside and wait. - after removing laundry from the dryer, you cannot fold inside. You basically have to throw it all in a bag and get the F out. I haven't been in since these new rules were put in place, but I'm planning to go tomorrow morning since laundry is beyond due. When I stopped in before these rules, they were allowing X amount of people in at a time and you could still fold your laundry after it was dried. I have a feeling their rules may be more strict than necessary, mainly the folding issue. I mean, yeah - I'll throw my things in a bag and get the F out but jeeze, folding only took 10 or so minutes to begin with. And if people are keeping a distance and wearing protective gear, folding inside shouldn't be a problem. People were likely ignoring the rules and the laundromat has reacted. As they say, F around and find out. The card used to do laundry, the refilling of the card - it's really not as complicated as others have made it seem. Insert card, insert cash, card is refilled. Overall, a pretty good laundromat that needs wifi. They have specials on certain days. Convenient for me as they're a block away and I don't drive.

My washer is pretty large, but I feel like the comforter is so big that it doesn't spin properly and just doesn't get washed the way it should. I'll be honest, I'm also super lazy when it comes to this kind of thing So I usually just drop it off and have them do it for me. It's around $16, which I know is more than it would cost me to do it myself, but honestly, I'm paying for the convenience and the time I save. And to me, time is priceless, so I'm more than happy to pay it. The customer service here is always great. Everyone is super helpful, I'm always in and out, and they always have it ready the same day. They even call me when it's ready, which I really appreciate. It's also close to home, which makes it even more convenient. I really couldn't ask for better service and I'll definitely keep coming back!

I've used a few other laundry mats in the area over the last 10 years and I'm the most satisfied with this one. The wash/dry/fold prices are the best around. The ladies that work there all quickly learned my name and always greet me with a "hi Caitlyn!" when I walk in, which I love. My clothes are always clean, smell fresh, and are neatly folded and well organized. I've been going there for maybe 8 months and I haven't lost anything or received anyone else's clothes, which is a common issue with this kind of service. I believe the hours are 7am to midnight, but it's not listed anywhere online and there isn't a phone number for the place that I could find, so at the beginning it was kind of a gamble trying to stop in at a weird hour.

(July 1, 2015) I usually go there 945-10pm because the closed at 11 plus on top of that I'm only using the dryer, because my dryer is broken. I went today this lady right before I can enter told me they closed, but I've told her I always come around this time and they are open. She didn't want to hear it. I'm not trying to make this about race, but I think this lady is racist because there was this white guy in there washing his clothes, how the hell are closed? I can assure you I'll never go back to this place, I'll take my business elsewhere or until this lady doesn't work there anymore. I'm going to all call manager tomorrow. This is unacceptable even for a laundry mat. Not all of ladies working there are like that, only this one.

I decided to go to this laundromat since this was the second closest and not the worst reviews. Unfortunately, one of the washers I used started leaking badly when it was filling up so I had to keep it closed with my foot. No. 21 or 22. I guess the more reliable ones were by the back door. They close at 11pm so I didn't have time to dry my two small loads of laundry. Their vending machine also took my 4 quarters when trying to purchase some dryer sheets. The washers were $3.50/load. The area didn't look safe to go to late at night, since it was dark and few people were there. If I need to do another load of wash in the area, I would probably not go here again.

They provide tables and chairs and at least a dozen televisions to pass the time. I have never seen that before in any laundromat. I was washing all of the linens from our camper because we are closing it for the winter. They had a 100 pound washer for $12 that accommodated most of the blankets that I had. I have never seen a washer that large. They also had other size washers. The dryers came in different sizes as well and dried very quickly. I did not bring change with me and they do have a change machine. I took the time to make the change and put 48 quarters into the large machine to get it to run. Only after that did I take the time to look around and saw a sign where I could download the Speed Queen app on my phone, load money onto it and then simply scan the machine that I wanted to operate and the money would be taken from from the app and I just had to press the start button. This is very new to me and made the process so simple. The woman who was working was extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is very easy and it is certainly a place when I have need for a laundromat that I will return to.

However, despite their friendly demeanor, the service itself resulted in significant damage to my wardrobe and a really frustrating experience. Due to a broken washing machine, I brought in a very large drop-off load. I carefully sorted the items, labeled the bags, and provided clear instructions for my delicate clothing. Unfortunately, those instructions weren't followed: * Garment Damage: Delicate items appear to have been laundered and dried on standard high-heat settings. This caused noticeable shrinkage across most of my clothes, including specialized medical-grade compression garments that are now ruined and no longer usable. * Chemical Residue: Synthetic and spandex items were processed with heavy fragranced products that weren't thoroughly rinsed out. Spandex easily holds onto these chemicals, leaving a strong residue that unfortunately triggered a skin reaction on my end. * Misplaced Bags: When I picked up the original order, a significant portion was missing. A week later, after calling to check on a specific item, I was given five additional bags of clothing that had been set aside and forgotten. * Lack of Follow-Up: I reached out to discuss these issues and was told a manager would call me back, but I haven't received a follow-up. While the team on site is very kind, the lack of attention to basic fabric care ended up costing me a massive headache and around $1,000 in damaged clothing. I would recommend caution if you are dropping off items that require specific care.
