We chose their extensive treatment plan, which is expected to provide protection against subterranean termites for approximately 6-8 years. The entire process was handled efficiently and with great care. Chase performed the treatment. He drilled into the concrete and applied a perimeter spray to prevent future termite infestations. He also entered the crawl space to remove existing mud tubes and thoroughly treated the affected areas. Since we have hardwood floors, Chase spot-treated the sections with live termite activity and ensured everything was properly patched afterward. Then he got rid of all the webs and sprayed the eco friendly spider spray all around the property. Both people from the company were friendly and professional! Wise did an inspection and treatment a few months ago. I appreciated that they found a way to address all the termite issues without tenting. Chase and Jeff were both outstanding. Recently, I asked them back for a recheck on a few spots since the warranty is for two years. The review is for 4 stars rather than 5 only because I had to call 4 times to get the appointment. Very disappointing experience. They responded quickly and completed the inspection promptly, but after I paid the deposit via Zelle--something that felt questionable--they became unresponsive. Despite scheduling a specific date and time, they failed to show up. I tried calling and texting multiple times, only to eventually hear that their equipment was 'broken.' This caused significant inconvenience, as I had already prepared my home for the heat treatment. I've requested a refund, but now there's no response.
