Levi called me back within minutes. He ended up talking with me for a good 15-20 minutes explaining everything about his company and what they do, how they charge, and the whole nine yards. After that conversation, I was confident that I wanted to go with Levi. He sent me the proposal/estimate the following morning. I was so impressed with everything at that point, I signed & sent back the agreement form right away. Levi then called me later in the day and scheduled our roofing to be done in the next 2 days. That had to be cancelled the day of installation (due to rain) and it was immediately rescheduled for the day after. All in all, our roof is absolutely beautiful. Service was outstanding. The few times I called Levi's cell phone, he answered instantly greeting me by name. He really made me feel like he appreciated our business. I can say, without a doubt, that Levi & Mueller Roofing will be our roofing company for any of our future needs.

It seemed as though everything was going to be "Add Ons" that they determined the cost of as they went. The salesman didn't even go onto our roof or inside the attic like the other professional roofing companies did. Very unprofessional from the start. I contacted Windy City Flat roof first thing on Monday morning and Eli called me back within minutes. They were swamped with calls due to the weather, but he had a crew out to our house within a couple hours. They cleared the snow and ice from our roof and diagnosed the problem. The water stopped, thankfully. And they came back 2 days later to do the recommended repairs. Roofing issues and repairs for me are like taking your car to the mechanic. They tell me what the issues are and what it will take to repair, but I have no clue what they are talking about. All I can say is Eli was SUPER patient with all of our questions and concerns. Roofing work is not cheap, not that it should be. It is dangerous work. And I do believe that you get what you pay for. So, yeah, we laid out some bucks, but the Windy City Flat Roof team was amazing from start to finish. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Can't ask for more than that!

They are terrible all around they were quick to pick up the checks once they got half of the full amount they were no were to be seen after me hounding them about when they were going to do the work. They started on the siding early in the morning got about half way before one of the guys from the company Brandon started saying there was asbestos in the siding underneath getting us all scared telling us we were going to have to leave. I should of listened to they guys when that were putting up the build that he was only doing this to get more money out of the insurance company I didn't listen and heard Brandon out and he told me he would take samples and let me know after a couple of weeks I found out there was nothing on the old siding no asbestos nothing that's the last I heard of Brandon I felt with another guy named David he tried helping me out and told me we would have the job completed soon but after a couple weeks the he same would give me the run around. I ended up contacting the owner Carlos at first he was pleasant calling me bro acting like my friend. So after almost a month of material sitting on my front lawn, my house half finished with the old siding he sends out a crew. The moment I saw the guy putting up the siding he laughed and said I told you there was no asbestos this guy was just trying to get more money. The guys finished with in 4 hours and left the gutters down the awning want out back did a terrible job. I call Carlos to ask him when he will send his crew back out to finish the roof and the rest of the work of this is were his attitude started to change after a few weeks I called him and he exploded on the phone tell to find some one else and I could nag to them at this point i told him that was fine and I would get a hold of my insurance company to get this taken care of. Here's where it gets shady we go to dig and find out why it was taking so long and we find out storm life restoration is not licensed in Indiana and they hired a completely different company to do the work on top of everything the other company forged my signature. Now we are stuck dealing with this nightmare because of this company. Beware doing business with this company while they might have a good rating they give there customers discounts for putting in a good comment. This company will not do the work them self's they will hire some else to do it.
