However, this experience was extremely disappointing. I approached an employee named Komail for a Price Match request, but he initially told me that Best Buy does not match prices from Amazon (Sold and Shipped by Amazon) because Amazon is considered a third-party seller. This information was incorrect, as Best Buy's official Price Match policy clearly states that items sold and shipped by Amazon are eligible. After leaving the store, I checked Best Buy's policy and even called customer service to confirm, then I returned to the store to inform him. He looked at my phone screen and said he needed to check with a manager. However, after waiting for a while, neither he nor his manager showed up. Eventually, he told me it would take another 10-15 minutes to get approval from headquarters. Meanwhile, instead of updating me on my Price Match request, he suddenly started asking about my mobile carrier, my plan, and how much I was paying--clearly trying to sell me a new phone plan. Even after I told him I wasn't interested and only wanted to buy the product I came for, he kept pushing and even mentioned that he could offer me additional discounts if I signed up for a phone or home internet plan. Not only was this unprofessional, but I also believe offering additional discounts in this manner goes against Best Buy's policy. In the meantime, I checked online and found that Canadian Tire was selling the same smartwatch at the same price as Amazon. When I told Komail that I would just go buy it there, he didn't even mention that he could match Canadian Tire's price, despite previously stating that Best Buy only price matches retailers with physical stores. This experience was far from the excellent customer service that originally made me choose Best Buy over online shopping. If Best Buy truly values customer experience, they need to improve employee professionalism and ensure that Price Match requests are handled properly instead of being used as an opportunity for upselling.

    The owner Rick is very unprofessional and the business seems to not know what they are doing. I…read morecracked my iphone 5 screen and literally had to go back 4 times to have it fixed. First time was when they forgot to properly screw in my screen and left one screw out which ruined my camera lens and got dust inside. Second was when their screen was faulty and stopped working, Third was when their screen had dead spots on the screen. Fourth time they finally got it right but spent hours till it was complete. I gave these guys another opportunity to redeem themselves and tried to order a LG G4 battery and it has been 4 weeks and the response I got from Rick was to go somewhere else since they had no idea when their inventory arrives.. what kinda of business do these people run. DON'T GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!!

Randy was unable to put the protector on the first time. I called and Ricky said to come in so they can look at the phone and put the protector on. (by the way he is NEVER there) After returning a second time for blotches on my screen and to put the protector on Randy was the one who had turned my brightness down! Why would you touch it in the first place? How was I suppose to know that was the cause?? Than again Randy was unable to put the protector on. When I grew frustrated I told him to call Ricky, he told me Ricky DEMANDED he try even though he was never trained. He went through 3 screen protectors making me wait 30 minutes with 2 customers behind me before I told him to forget it and give me my phone. To make matters worse he gave me a screen protector back but it was one he had used! I only realized when I got home and when I called YOU Ricky you didn't give a damn. You messed up and expect me to come to your location 3 times for a mess up???? I don't care if it's a screen protector you don't know how to run a business or talk to customers. I asked you to rectify it by yes meeting me and doing the job. THAT IS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE! GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND WHEN YOU REPEATEDLY MESS UP! Take a class buddy. And don't lie and say you refunded me. I still have the old used screen protector here with no refund! I will be by to get my money back though rest assured! its funny how you never apologized once until now!
