The apple store was going to take my watch for 13 days to replace the battery. I saved money and the batteries work fine. The only issue was that the iphone doesn't recognize the battery as an Apple product but my phone is 4 years old so I really don't care what Apple has to say. "But it's only the on/off switch," I bleated. They claimed it was all one component. (Spoiler alert: bullshit.) Then I contacted CPR. They quoted me less than half. I had to give them half of that ($50) so they would order the part. They kept me apprised every step of the way, and accurately managed my expectations. Then met them. When they received the part, I dropped off my phone. They helped me put it into maintenance mode; so my apps and data were protected. Yay! I got a call when the phone was ready. They took less than the hour and a half they had advised me it might take. I was able to pick it up on my way out for the evening. All in all, a marvellous experience, and a very satisfying resolution to my hardware issue. Highly recommended.

After having my Google Pixel's battery swapped out with a new one, my phone ran fine. Three weeks later, I woke up one morning to find that my phone would not power on. It was dead. I took it back to the store. I thought that perhaps the new battery may have fried my phone. The person tried basic diagnostics. My phone was dead. He felt that the battery wouldn't have caused this issue. He asked that I leave it there for more tests. Sure enough, a couple of hours later, he declared my phone dead. He couldn't revive it and determined that the motherboard probably needed to be swapped out, which is expensive. He recommended that I contact Google support for next steps. The person that was helping me out refunded me for the complete cost of my phone's new battery. It was a nice gesture. He also wrote an e-mail for me to send to Google support, which indicated that my phone was in pristine condition and that the fault appears to be with the motherboard. Even though my phone went to cell phone heaven, it's nice that this store does everything it can to fix issues and will suggest next steps when it has done everything it can to fix them. (373)

Want to call someone? Good luck getting your phone unlocked, I regret coming to this place so much, my iPhone was better off broken. They also admit to screens being bad quality and will NOT give a refund. Also i should say my phone isn't new, its an iphone 11 pro max. I first asked by e-mail whether they repaired Apple Watches and I got a response the same day. A couple of days later, I walked into the shop and within a second of looking at the Apple Watch's screen, they realised that the Apple Watch already had a screen protector and that the screen was completely fine, it was just the screen protector that was cracked. They removed the screen protector to reveal the perfectly fine screen. They did this in a minute for free. I am very happy for their fast reply to my question and for saving me a lot of money on an unneeded repair. I recommend ProFix and will go there next time I have an issue with any of my devices.
