I have a iPad 12.9" pro tablet that stopped charging after an encounter with some strawberry juice. After getting several quotes from other shops and discussing the problem with them it was obvious that the owner of Wireless Image not only knew his business but would do a good job on the repair without trying to rip me off by doing something that wasn't necessary. I took the tablet into the shop today and he immediately went to work seeing if would be possible to get it charging again by cleaning the charger port with some special equipment they have. It took multiple tries but he got it charging again. The price was reasonable and I greatly appreciate his skill and determination to do the most appropriate and economical repair possible. Had it been necessary to open the tablet up and replace something I would have had no hesitation to let him do the job. This place is really professional! I had my iphone repaired by these guys and it looks like new again. I've checked around they have one of the best prices in town. They also used original apple parts! That's amazing! I have check with the other stores and all of them are using High quality parts meaning its aftermarket but made like to look like apple. The service here was still excellent and immediate.** If you have an older model phone you like, it might be cost effective to buy a new phone. Sad news. Broke my screen again even after I had bought a case and a tempered glass screen. It was honestly a surprise because my phone just fell off a starbucks table. Same problem, my LCD was messed up and screen blacked out. I ended up buying a whole new phone (Galaxy Note 4, certified refurbished) on Amazon for $180 which is almost $100 less than the cost of repairing my phone in the first place. read more

Consistent with the other reviews... This is by far the cheapest place in town to get a cracked screen repair. I paid $40 for a new screen for my Samsung Galaxy S4.
