I went in to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed. First of all, the price quoted wasn't bad. I was quoted $80. I paid $200+ at a repair place in Texas for an iPhone 6. I was told they'd take an hour, but they really only took 20-30 minutes. For the most part, the screen looked good. But you could kind of see where the old crack was, depending on the light. So they were able to work with me and bring the price down. Overall, do recommend! :) read more

I came to this business the last time that I cracked my iPhone 6s screen. I found it while searching on yelp and come to find out they had a coupon off of repairs. I was able to fix my phone for $90 which is a lot cheaper than what you would find with other cell phone repair stores in the Denver metro area. The process took about an hour and my phone was back to looking good as new. I can't say that I would like to return back to this place because cracking my phone is it something that I ask for. But if that unfortunate circumstance were to happen again, I would definitely get it fixed here! read more

I'd recommend going elsewhere. My iPhone screen was cracked, so I came here for a replacement. As soon as I picked up the repaired phone, I asked why my home button was now swinging around as if it was loose. But I was told there was nothing that could be done about that. The new screen slowly became less and less usable. It wouldn't respond when I touched it. When I asked if I could return the faulty screen for a refund, I was told I could not get a refund. I was told that policy is on their receipt, but it was not on my receipt. I had to get the screen they gave me replaced somewhere else to make the phone usable again. When I got the screen fixed somewhere else, the home button stopped swinging around too. read more

I Crashed my new Samsung Galaxy Note 2, and needed a new LCD. Every other store was charging 40% more to have a 4-7 day turn around to fix my phone, and did not offer used replacement phones which Wireless Image does. Best price in town!! I called almost every place in the Denver metro area, at least 7 places. Wireless Image was hands down the lowest. After the $10 discount for mentioning Yelp, they were almost half the price of most companies. It's a bit in the hood, but I could barely afford them, let alone more $. I'll save my rants for "smart" phones, etc... They don't deserve it. I needed a new LCD, not only a screen or glass. The phone looks good and is working well. I did have to drive back from Parker due to the Menu and Back buttons not working, but satisfied with the work and truly appreciate the price. They seemed knowledgeable and obviously knew what they were doing. Besides it looking better (cracked screen is gone,) I can't tell any work has been done. Tron repaired my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 which had a broken glass on the front. He did a perfect job, perfect outcome, looks brand new. The interesting wrinkle is I live 300 miles outside of Denver. I live in a small-town, Durango, Colorado and there is no one here, nor in Farmington New Mexico, available to make such a repair. I simply packaged up my phone (lots of bubble wrap), sent it Priority Mail with a prepaid return envelope for return back to me and it worked out delightfully. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this shop!! I had a Galaxy 4S screen replaced about 3 weeks ago and the price was better than any other store in town. Plus received a $10 Yelp discount for the replacement. Then last week the volume button broke and the phone did not work. So took it back, they replaced the button and it still did not work. They worked on it for 2 hours trying to wipe settings and download software. Nothing worked so they charged me nothing even though they spent several hours replacing buttons and trying to download software. They had ever right to charge me $15 for the button repair and $55 for the download, however they charged me $0. They recommended I go through the insurance claim for a new phone. I went in to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced a few weeks ago, they were about to close but they still took me in and took care of me which was awesome, the technician Tom was super fast and did a great job replacing my screen for only $60 which is a great deal. my screen works perfect. kanya was also so nice and awesome she offered a glass screen I told her I was going to go to T-mobile to purchase one but she said she would only charge me $15 for it and explained that I would be paying about $30-$40 for one at T-mobile which is true since i have bought there multiple times. I was very happy with my brief experience at Wireless Image. I walked in with a locked S6 Galaxy unable to turn on and out I came with a fully rebooted device capable of full operation at no charge! It was a fairly simple fix when you know the combination of buttons to push, but I didn't know the secret and they let me in on it and got me out of there in a flash.
