I've been acquainted with this Metro PCS dealer for two years. They don't have much stock, the manager is afraid to have any inventory lest someone might take it into their head and rob this store. Aside from the seemingly depressed condition of the sales lady each and every time I've been to this store to conduct business, it's a depressed employee in a dingy phone store with hardly any inventory from which to choose, and forget about taking anything special order out of there the same day. I'd recommend if you have to do Metro, go to someplace like Turlock or Modesto to buy a phone. I bet their stores are stocked appropriately and a whole lot less dingy. Oh well, for the only phone store in Waterford, I guess it's alright. The place has perhaps one employee, maybe less, and during the week opening time is 11AM. Just in time for lunch. Cool. Taco Bell is right next door. Talk about raunchy meal time. If, after reading this review, you find the store staffed, stocked, and a coat of new paint to show people somebody cares about this place, you'll probably think I'm a liar. No. You won't find much staff, stock, and was the dry wall painted at all in that strip mall commercial unit. I swear if you didn't know it was there, you'd miss it. The Metro sign in the window is a beacon of sanity in an otherwise insane shopping experience. But don't they all get you in the end? I know my end was gotten a long time ago. That's a review for another time. read more
