I was charged $169 for 20 units. The Dr. said I needed an additional 15 units to get the effect I wanted, I said I only had $225 and the Dr. said that she would do the total 35 units for for the $225 and after 2 weeks I had a phone call that I didn't pay for my 20 units. Also, I had no effects ???? It's never happened to me before, no results at all. It's like nothing happened. Lines are all still here. read more

I had a couple of sessions at Dr. Daniels, which is heavily advertised but seems to be run by very young folks who have already had way too much work done. A bad (very bad) bruising experience coupled with the fact that there never seemed to be a doctor present for any non-surgical work, led to an online search where I found Wired Wellness. The office is small, curtained for privacy and very tidy. Staff is pleasant and welcoming; intake was organized and simple. I had a Groupon and wanted some additional treatment; pricing and treatment specifics were clearly spelled out ahead of time. Treatment was simple and relatively easy; Dr. Blackburn is personable and gentle. Aftercare was explained in detail. The only downside is I wish laser treatment was also available here but that doesn't take away from the great services they do offer. Their website also needs updating so I'd recommend calling for appointment scheduling or questions. Overall I would highly recommend the experience and plan to return. Well done! read more

Cannot rave about this place enough!! I just moved into the area and received Botox as a birthday gift. However, based on their prices- I'll be pushing this gift a lot! The office was clean and beautifully decorated. I (just mentioned) that I am new to the area and hadn't established childcare. So, my 5 & 3 year old girls accompanied me, and boy did they choose this particular day to be as wild as possible! But besides the great financial value, both the doctor and her main gal we SO INCREDIBLE with my children and myself. They seriously have a devout customer now! I bought a Groupon recently for Wired Wellness. I looked at the reviews online and they looked decent so I went ahead and paid over $150 for 20 units. I have been getting botox in my hometown for over a year and never needed more than 20 units for my wrinkles. The doctor insisted on injecting over 40 units. I told her that was way too much and I didn't feel comfortable with that. She eliminated some units but told me she wouldn't go any less than 36 total units. I told her I just needed a subtle treatment for my wrinkles, nothing drastic. She told me I wouldn't be happy with less than that. I'm 40 years old and I think 20 units would have been just fine. But she insisted. In addition, she didn't apply cold ice on the areas prior to injecting. It hurt so much more than I've ever experienced in the past, and I have 5 bruises on my face. The biggest one is right under my right eye. It got really swollen and I could tell the doctor panicked when she noticed it. I look like I got punched in the face. I was charged an additional $200 (maybe more). So if you think about it, that's $12.50 per unit for the additional units. Not as great a deal as they try to claim. My husband is very upset with how much money I spent total (over $350). Do not buy the groupon. This is just a way for them to get you in the door and up-charge you for treatment you don't need. Find a different place where the doctor will listen to your needs and requests and will do what's best for you, not what's best for her wallet. read more

This was my second visit to Wired Wellness. I was disappointed to have to wait almost 30 minutes for my appointment. When the Dr did arrive she had not familiarized herself with my history from my previous visit. I had hoped to chat about other procedures but felt like the Dr. had too much on her mind to focus on anything other than what she was doing at the moment. I am about 85% satisfied with the results of my procedure and feel the Dr did do a pretty good job but probably won't be back. read more

I've been getting Botox for over 10 years and know quite well the results I am accustomed to. Wired Wellness was offering a good sale on Botox. I liked that the service could be done outside on the deck (safer with COVID). So I decided to try them out . At Wired Wellness I was told I needed more Botox than I have ever gotten before, so I bought more and didn't wind up saving anything, even though the price per unit was lower with the sale. I wound up spending as much as I usually do with my regular provider where I would have bought less Botox for a higher price but also would have gotten the results I expect. Although at Wired Wellness I got more Botox than I usually do, results were disappointing compared to my usual outcome. I still see frown lines ("the 11's") and forehead wrinkles. This is quite puzzling. I wonder if the Botox was diluted or somehow not as potent as what I usually get? I also wound up with a bruise under one eye. I see that several other reviewers had similar experiences to mine. read more

I consulted with Dr. Elena Blackburn regarding sclerotherapy for spider veins. They run in our family, and none of us have ever found a successful treatment. Dr. Blackburn examined my legs, took my medical history and explained the procedure. She described the outcome I could expect, and explained why she would not treat a certain area around my ankle (a large vein I couldn't even see) despite me requesting it. I had the procedure done, and was extremely happy with the results. I did not have any bruising or lingering discomfort (the procedure itself feels like tiny pinpricks) and the reduction in spider veins was obvious. In addition to her knowledge and education (she was an MD before coming to the US and is now an ND as well) Dr. Blackburn demonstrates a genuine interest in, and concern for, her patients' well-being. I have since gone back for other treatments, and appreciate her thorough understanding of health and nutrition, and her warm bedside manner. I recommend Dr. Blackburn and Wired Wellness 100%. read more
