We happened there earlier in the day, closer to 1 pm, so maybe things weren't fully in gear. We have heard a lot of good things about this place, and their wine dinners. We will hit one of those and get a full experience. Definitely will try it again. Underwhelmed on first try.

The staff were helpful and professional. Relax, unwind, and enjoy yourself here. The menu selections are quite high end and sounded tasty. My food scene is a bit different than those selections so I asked if it was possible to try one of their smash burgers. A smash burger showed up and it did not disappoint. I can safely say one of the top 5 burgers I have enjoyed in the northwest. My wife was thrilled with her fish dinner and she even ordered something else and then asked if she could change her order. They absolutely had no problem with that and delivered. Next time I was to try their appetizers. One of the better spots in Sandpoint for sure.

There is still a bar, but the current name of the bar is Roxy's lounge, a great place to grab a drink one of the only bars that stays open till 2 AM in Sandpoint.

We went in and right away the ambiance inside was so nice! It was dim and cozy and the service was great. The bacon apple pizza was so good! The perfect combination of sweet and savory. The prices were very reasonable especially for the quality of food and good vibes. We ended up returning to the winery 3 times because we had such great experiences. Our bartender/servers were all wonderful. We were also able to see some live music on the weekend. They freely admit they will special order beer and under the old management, the process was simple…read moreand straightforward. Under the new management is has been anything but. Several times I have stopped there, written down exactly what I wanted with my contact number. I was promised a return call after they spoke with their distributor, but no call ever came. The last instance was three weeks ago. I waited two weeks and nothing. So, last week I returned to the store to see what happened. I was greeted with a defensive, woke attitude and non-sensical excuses. Worse, they couldn't even find the order I had written. Again, I was promised a call on the following Monday, 3 days ago and again nothing. The bottom line is when you make a customer a promise you need to keep it, especially when you've broken promises in the past. A good company with good customer service would first apologize, then work hard to rectify the situation. Yet, no apology was ever provided and quite obviously, the situation was never rectified. I don't patronize businesses that possess distain and indifference to their customers and you shouldn't either.
