I've been using my Safeway card at this station to get gas points for about 18 months now. When I…read moresimply use cards at pump, I have no issues. However, going inside to pay is a gamble. Either the terminals don't accept Safeway card or bank cards, it's not every time, but enough to make me think twice. The main issue is the common attitude of arrogance and rudeness of employees. Like I'm doing "them" some great favor. They're system fails and I'm treated dismissively like their glitch is my fault? Today was the last straw, no more for me. I can easily save 25-35 cents per gallon in CDA. And with my 42 gallon tanks on the Yukon I can wait til I head south. With multiple workers throwing same attitude, that tells me it comes from ownership. I refuse to reward poor customer service with my business.

We knew after our first meeting with Gina that we were in good hands; she made it all so easy on our end. She listened to my daughter's vision, and the floral department was spot-on in what they created, so much so that the arrangements were better than what we imagined. Thank you, Gina!! And thanks to your creative team! BTW, the pricing was very reasonable. We will return to Yoke's floral department for future flower orders.

The store is really good and my family used to love it, but we will not be returning or…read morerecommending it anymore because of predatory behavior by the company they contract with for security. A member of my household went back in to get one deli item that we hadn't gotten. Because you walk past the doors to get back to the registers, she forgot she hadn't bought this item yet and began to walk out. The security person saw a confused and distressed young woman, barely over 18, making no attempt to conceal or otherwise indicate an intent to be doing anything dishonest.... And decided that the appropriate response was not to see if she was willing to pay or have a simple conversation. Instead he detained this young woman for a half an hour while calling in law enforcement. When the police officer said they didn't see any evidence of an actual crime, the security guy instead made her sign something before she could leave. She didn't understand it, but it said she owed the guy's Security Company (not paid to Super One themselves) the cost of the $12 single food item PLUS $250 in "restitutions"!! This is not someone who has any prior issues with this or another store. This is not someone who was combative or deceitful. I'm convinced he saw someone confused and vulnerable and decided he could flex his "authority" and bully them over a trivial issue to make some money for his company and pretend like he's doing something resembling his actual job. He also trespassed them for a year from the store, which is frankly pointless because none of us will be shopping here again with this hostile approach.
