This is an awesome local market and store. They have fresh items that you can take home and eat also take big options that looked delicious. I bought some chicken soup mix that I made on a ski trip recently and it was amazing. Also bought some cherry preserves there, but haven't tried those yet. Staff was super friendly. I love the atmosphere inside the store. They have a lot of great gourmet items. Definitely a fun place to shop! read more

While my Wifey was grateful to find bulk products in the market area--as you normally do in Mennonite/Amish markets--they had me at Lebanon Bologna. That's a deli meat you do not see much out West. It was a darned fine sam, and I had it 8 hours after it was made to end my busy day. We've always missed this place in dozens of previous visits, because they are Mon-Fri; we got here early enough on a Fri to finally check'm out. Such nice folks, and judging how busy they were, an extremely popular market with the locals. I LOVE this establishment. The customer service is excellent and personnel is so friendly. Their products seem of great quality and I really like the fact that all of the seasonings and spices are in smaller plastic containers for refilling your containers at home. And they have such an array of selection that you are bound to leave with at least one. Had a tasty latte and a scrumptious blueberry scone, and sat in the good sized sitting room with fireplace and beautifully made comfortable furniture. Next time I will bring my laptop and enjoy the setting with fireplace and nice artwork on the walls. I will most definitely return. read more

It took me three tries to find a huckleberry pie and Miller's country store saved the day! I called the store about 30 minutes before closing to see if they had Huckleberry pie and they said they did. Got there with 13 minutes to spare and bought the huckleberry pie ($32) and a peach pie ($17). The employees were sweet and extremely helpful! The pies were delicious - definitely worth buying from this store! read more

Quaint country store with a great variety of prepared and bulk foods. Plus they are a Berlin Gardens retailer. Great outdoor furniture. We stopped by and bought some home baked wheat bread, some bulk snacks and a frozen berry pie. Oh that pie was so good!! It baked perfectly per their instructions. They also have a deli and sell sandwiches but we haven't tried them yet. If you want spices, staples, baked goods or lunch, this is your spot. read more

Incredible store with multiple unique products to choose from. The prepared meals offered in the freezer section are absolutely delicious! I have to add that in 51 years I have NOT been a fan of meatloaf, and I have tried various family/friends dishes. I tried Miller's and was surprised how good meatloaf is! Every prepared meal (we've bought all) are super yummy and I highly recommend sticking your freezer :) I haven't tried their deli sandwiches yet, but clearly they are a smash hit! I love "Country Stores" and this is one of the better ones and a real gem. They have an awesome deli and a great selection of store branded specialty treats, candies and snacks. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, soup and soda. The gal who took my order was engaging and friendly, no pretenses, just genuine country charm. I happened upon Millers one day by accident when I first moved up to the area. This is the epitome of a local Mom & Pop shop. I don't want to mislabel here but I believe the family & friends that run this are either Mennonite or Amish. In any case, as you may expect, real nice people whom aim to please. You can find a variety of sundries, dried goods, food prepping supplies, bulk goods, farm fresh goods, take & bake items, deli meats and cheeses, soaps, arts & crafts, and even a deli that serves soups and sandwiches. There is ample parking unless there's a rush around lunch time so you may be required to side street park. It's not near the typical food districts and retail areas so check out Maps before heading out. They have outdoor seating and indoor, although note... you go back outside the store to access the attached indoor seating area as their kitchen divides the two areas. I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures of my soup, sandwich, and dessert but I'll update the next time I go. The soup is not to be missed as it's always very flavorful without being overly salty and it actually surprises me. The sandwiches come with your choices of fresh baked breads, cheeses, and deli meats. They have a menu board with premade selections or pick up a deli slip at the counter and build your own. The desserts...don't even get me started! I want to try them ALL! You may want to bring extra money and take some home. It's a hidden little gem you should go check out. Thanksgiving sides review: last year we purchased the turkey gravy and it was wonderful, so this year we decided to purchase the gravy, stuffing and sweet potato casserole to cut down on the work load. We were completely disappointed. The turkey gravy tasted off. It was bland and sour. The whole group concurred. The stuffing was horrible and I mean horrible. It was just croutons with seasoning and maybe eggs and broth? It fell apart and the croutons were soggy and disgusting. I've never experienced stuffing like this before, in my life. No one continued eating it and it all got thrown out. The only bright side was the sweet potato casserole. It was delicious. Everyone loved it. But, after the experience with the gravy, I'm a little scared to purchase that next year, for fear it won't be as good. Sorry to have to leave this review, but it needs to be said. read more

Bakery items very good. Sandwiches do not look like the add at all. Bought a jar of Huckleberry jam. They don't make it but it's very good. We had a to go order. This place is cool.. we used to come here when it first started out.. in a tiny building.. before anyone knew about it.. & now they have made a lot of changes.. moved into a bigger new building, more room and products, oh! & now they accept EBT food stamps, which is awesome because you can get good quality stuff made from organic stuff. What I like to get sometimes it is in the back freezer they have frozen meals that you can just put in the oven and it makes an awesome meal for the whole family... First off the people that work in this store are the friendliest around, everyone always has a smile on their face and are ready to help with anything you may need! Once inside you will find an amazing assortment of fresh local made spices and foods, the whole place smells delightful! They also sell some very yummy baked goods and made to order sandwiches. You really will not be disappointed with anything you purchase at Millers, it is apparent they put a lot of thought into the items they carry in their store! Ok, I'm sort of writing this for my mum, although I'm not saying she put me up to it or anything. She just LOVES Miller's so much, she stops in at least 4-5 times when she comes in from Denver for a visit. These type of places are a rare gem, the living heartbeat of small-town U.S.A, admittedly slowing to an irregular rythym as technology and crony convenience squeeze their icy hands around the throats of Mom & Pop. But they're not dead yet, thank God, and Miller's proves there's plenty of life yet in the town & country small business owners. A wonderful selection of baked treats and incredible deli sandwiches make this place a town staple for lunch or a quick fix for your sweet tooth. Their pantry items keep this place a solid novelty playground. Mumsy reminds me not to take Miller's for granted, so I'm writing this for her. And you.
