It's a rather small, and fun dollar store we found during recent stays and walkabouts in this Korean District area of Coquitlam. Though small, the stacks are full of the typical, and not so typical 'stuff & such', and the staff are very friendly. It's a little boutique in Grandview Corners. They carry brands I've never seen before so if you are into boutique and unique clothes, I think this is the place for you. They had denim, shirts, sweaters,scarves and dresses. Not too much inventory but enough stuff to browse through. They also had accessories ranging from bracelets, necklaces to earrings. They were pretty cute and trendy. As for the service, it was nice enough. I don't really like getting hassled by the service associate so it was great. My sister tried on few dresses and decided on a cute black dress. I like the idea of supporting independent businesses so I will be checking this place out again if I need something. But nothing is supposed to last forever I guess. What I did like is it fits everything (bus pass library and health benefit card) and on the other side my work key card, elevator key card. And one more spot if I want to add government ID to it. And I had not wanted a zippered item. But that wasn't an option for the colors I was only willing to buy. The zipper area probably won't work for me as it's so hard to get the opening open due to the stiff thick work and elevator key cards. But I mean I could tuck a key or two or maybe some money in there like for emergency not every day use Overall. For the price. It's practical and slim. My only wish is I wished it came with a keychain hoop. But the ones offering that were 1cm thick style and I wanted flat and slim. The girl at METROTOWN was super helpful. Even ran around looking for a keychain in a specific color for me. Highly recommend this location.

I would say the store has a good layout with sale items mostly at the front. The staff is divided 50/50. Half of the staff are great to interact with, however the other half will give you a really hard time. It could be due to a language barrier with some of the staff. The location is never crowded and there are a few seating areas which is nice. Buying and exchanging items is not a hassle but they require signing the customer into their program which can be inconvenient if the sales associate ringing you up is not well versed in English. I went here two times and I had bad experience initially and one good experience the second time. Don't hate the store, if you have a bad time it might be due to the staff.

The inside is newer than Dollar Giant (yay!), but the selection is mostly identical. Not too surprising. Oh, and they also pulled the "$1.25" thing. Sigh. One thing to note - they are open longer than Dollar Tree on all 7 days. Something to keep in mind.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service…read more Purchased a coat 3 weeks ago (to the day), had lost the receipt but gave them my information when purchased so figured it wouldn't be an issue. When I visited the store today to make the return, I was told I was WELL over the return date (which was 14 days) and that they could not find me in the system. So the item I had the tags on, and was clearly from the store, I could not only not return, but they would also not offer me some type of store credit. I find it funny that although between my mother and myself, we've purchased multiple items, that we wouldn't be in the system at all. Not whatsoever. I was treated like I was trying to steal from them, and a child. They looked down on me and hid behind their "policies". Having worked in retail for 5+ years (both small business and corporate) I understand policies are put into place for a reason, but do not agree with the way I was treated and it is extremely clear they do not care about their customers. They've not only lost me as a customer but my sisters, mother, and others I will share this story with in the future. Bye forever Bella + Wren. I won't miss you.

The items for sale seemed more like dollar store goods. If on the other hand you're just looking for bargains, this place is hard to beat.
