Good timing and we are lucky as my bag has already broken! Just wondering why there are not a lot of customers shopping at the mall! We also dropped by the Winners to pick up a glass takeout box but most of customers are just doing window shopping over there! The temperature was so hot yesterday ! Our car was recorded at 31 degrees Celsius outside the parking ! I thought people should go the mall to have air conditioning especially for the baby kids!! It's about time to go home. I loved them and then I also bought a t-shirt to go with them, also from Hunni's. I wore the pants 2 times and when I went to put them on for a 3rd time I saw that the front seam had split open and frayed significantly and it was an obvious flaw in the fabric or sewing of the seam. When I went to exchange them they did not have the same size, and they would not give me my money back! I could of at the time bought a replacement pair at the Langley location in the correct size but they wouldn't give me a full refund so I could do that. It was within a month of purchasing the product. All in all, I am very disappointed in their lack of customer care and also the quality of clothing. They do not stand behind their products. They must not understand much about a happy customer and how far that goes. It will cost them a lot more than a $80 pair of pants.

There are too many staff around on the floor, but they are easy enough to find and are always very helpful. As a new mom, the thing I really appreciate are the nursing rooms located in the back of the store. You need an associate to help you open the door, but once inside it is a very pleasant room with everything you could need to help take care of your infant. There is a changing pad, sink and paper towels, and a nice comfy rocking chair to nurse your young one. It sure came in handy when I needed to feed my little one!

While large and spacious, the feeling is warehouse-like, stale and lacking that magical sense that us millennials loved as kids. Toy deals were rare to be seen, and even price conversion to USD wasn't even advantageous. While it was nice to personally reminisce and show my toddler around, the small independent toy shops/online shopping are the way to go now.
