While I wouldn't classify Lolly's as a shop for the frugally minded, the quality of the clothes, and timelessness of the pieces that I have purchased there makes it worth the higher pricetag. I have gone there to be accessorized for an evening out (in my evening wear, hair done) and found the staff to be positively delightful - they had fun with me, chose the perfect accessories, and even steamed my dress for me.
