    A robotic barista
    Carolyn L.

I always like Muji for its simplistic and clean designs. The stationery, storage organizers, clothing and home stuff are great! This time I was there for Jarvis, the robot barista. I was very impressed that it can make a perfect rose latte, including latte art. That was wow! The drink was really good too, even better than some places made by humans. The coffee bar is just for take out, not a cafe which is a pity. I always enjoy having a light meal or snack at Muji cafes tucked inside a corner of the stores in Asia. Hopefully there will be a Muji cafe inside this shop in future. The place is quite big and has almost everything you need or want. I will be back in future for more coffee made by Jarvis. Pretty cool.

Iced strawberry matcha latte from Artly, The Barista Bot at Muji on Robson in Vancouver

I love Muji for everything and have been shopping with them both here and in Japan for over 10 years. I stopped in at the one of Robson in Vancouver last week, and noticed they now have a barista bot making drinks at their coffee bar! So, of course, I had to order something. It was so fun to watch, and my iced strawberry matcha latte was delicious. Check it out!

There are no muji stores in America so this was a great stop by! They had everything from stationary to household supplies. The service was fast and the value was great. I would definitely come here again when I am in Canada.

I love roaming around Muji and thinking about being organized with all of their cool products! A set of three tube squeezers? Great! I also love looking at the clothes, but don't have the same luck as the spouse in finding those perfect things. Great prices, design and the cool robot barista make Muji a must visit store!

As you may already know, this is a popular "Brand" from Japan, Muji actually means: No Mark - no brand etc. But it has become a "Brand" of sort! The theme of this line of products focus on simplicity with a Japanese flare. Prices are average to above average, but they do have sales from time to time. I usually, like their selection of household items, such as kitchen wares, dinner settings etc. Their limited selection of furniture also carries the theme functional simplicity and can easily match any kind of decor. Staffs are always helpful and friendly, as Michelle was offering help along the way during my search for a rack that I can put in my garden, thanks Michelle for your professionalisms!

Ok this Muji is seriously huge compared to the Metrotown one! It even has a coffee bar with some very good coffee for $2. I'm not a huge Muji style fan but my wife got some PJ's which looked very very comfortable. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Also had a huge toothbrush display which wowed me. The kids were impressed LOL. Nicely laid out store with lifestyle sections making shopping easy. There is a clearance area to the back far right through a narrow entrance which is easy to miss. Not a huge selection and prices are not that knocked down compared to other store clearance areas. As an added bonus, when I got the coffee they gave me a coupon for 10% off which saved way more than the coffee price! Don't think it is everyday but worth a shot if you are shopping on Robson and need some caffeine and a potential deal!

This is the epitome of clean, minimalist, Japanese design. Muji carries everything from stationary to underwear to candy and garbage cans. The Robson location is one of the largest locations I have ever been to, and I have been to locations in Istanbul and San Francisco. Prices are not cheap, but they always have sales and the quality is high. I got an Australian down jacket that folds into a pouch here for half price! If nothing else, worth a visit to see the innovative products they carry for everyday life.

Lots of my friends are super excited about this chain. So when I saw the sale sign outside, I went in. The whole minimalistic feel was evident. Muted and neutral colours everywhere. Nothing really caught my eye. I discovered that they carried some clothing so I looked and browsed around. And sadly, didn't pick up anything.....
