I've been to this location of Toys R Us and Babies R Us and I've loved it. The whole store is light and bright, it has almost an overwhelming selection of toys and baby supplies. There are too many staff around on the floor, but they are easy enough to find and are always very helpful. As a new mom, the thing I really appreciate are the nursing rooms located in the back of the store. You need an associate to help you open the door, but once inside it is a very pleasant room with everything you could need to help take care of your infant. There is a changing pad, sink and paper towels, and a nice comfy rocking chair to nurse your young one. It sure came in handy when I needed to feed my little one! read more

Omg Toys"R"Us still exists nowadays?? I had to go out of my way, while visiting in town, for nostalgic reasons of course. While it's combined with the defunct Babies"R"Us and attached to the mall, I couldn't help but feel disappointed that this is a shell of its former self. While large and spacious, the feeling is warehouse-like, stale and lacking that magical sense that us millennials loved as kids. Toy deals were rare to be seen, and even price conversion to USD wasn't even advantageous. While it was nice to personally reminisce and show my toddler around, the small independent toy shops/online shopping are the way to go now. read more

This Toys R Us store is an example of what could have been in the states. Babies R Us is combined inside and a nice clean and well-lit store with fully stocked shelves and huge Lego selection. Find a big selection of strollers, cribs and other baby accessories. Staff are working throughout the store aisles and available for any questions. The washrooms are very clean and checkout aisles are nicely organized from a single line up. They have the biggest Lego selection north of the Lynnwood Lego store! But with the currency exchange rate the prices work out to about the same as in the states. read more

Toys R Us update: Since writing the original review Toys R Us has moved into the old storefront formerly used by Target. The store feels quite a lot bigger and brighter. They have the standard toys r us toy selection however it feels like the store is laid out much better. Half of the the store is a Babies R Us with Cribs, baby clothes, and other baby needs. The other half is your standard Toy Store. The prices are standard Toys R Us. This location still has mall access near the front of the store so you can still access the mall. I'm sure as my little one grows I'll be here more often. read more

Store was organized, well-stocked with merchandise and staff were available on the floor to offer assistance. I find this location to be one of the better Toys 'r' us. There is also a Babies 'r' us located next to the Toys 'r' us which makes shopping convenient for babies and kids items. I occasionally find some good sales. read more

Toys r' us... A kids dream come true.... My little guy always want to come to Toys r' us. It's highly overrated to me. Prices are unbelievably high in comparrison to other stores out there that sell the same items. Babies r' us seems a little limited. And if kids and parents go through racks like maniacs, it's so unorganized. It's an ok store, glad to have it in Langley, but would shop around before I purchase anything from here, direct. read more

Came here to purchase bigger ticket items . Asked sales floor persons to help and wanted to purchase stroller , crib , dresser . They told us to ask cashier . Once getting to cashier , They told us to call the warehouse ourselves to find out if it was even available . Why are items on sales floor if they aren't available ? And why are customers required to call warehouses to track down items on their own ? Really bad customer service . Most stores would call another location to find out if they have the item in stock for their customer. Wouldn't go to this location again sadly read more

I went to Babies R Us for the Labour Day sale. The store was quite busy, and it was immediately obvious that there were not enough sales associates and cashiers on the floor. We grabbed a ticket to pay for a high chair, at which point the cashier had to check the inventory system AND call the warehouse to see if there were any available. By this point, a line had started forming behind us, and we were referred to a sales leader to place a rain check order as there were none left in stock. Then why have tickets for the item on floor?, we asked ourselves. The sales leader had to locate a tablet first to order the item, and when we looked it up on the website, we saw that it was on back order. She offered to check the system for availability at nearby locations, but asked that we call ourselves to confirm. We followed this suggestion and called the Surrey location immediately after being informed that there were a few left. The sales associate at Surrey refused to place the item on hold for us initially; however, the Langley sales leader asked to speak with a manager, and the Surrey store eventually agreed to hold it for us for an hour. She was incredibly patient with us through this experience, and the reason I'm giving a three-star instead of a two-star review. I understand that system integration and upgrades can be difficult, but c'mon, you're a multibillion-dollar company in the year 2016. Put the money toward where it'll make a positive impact on the customer. As for the Langley store specifically, please make sure there are enough knowledgable sales associates available to help customers. read more

I busted a nut in a kids book then I returned it and they put it back on the shelf. I then book back for my nephew

Store was organized and well stocked. Staff is ill-informed and pushy, though. Went in to buy a toy for our daughters birthday, also needed a new car seat. The employee was nice enough at first, although we obviously didn't need help. But once we started narrowing down our selections to fit our needs while remaining within the regulations set out by Transport Canada (we double checked in store as regulations can change), as well as the informational tags attached to each price tag, she kept pushing us towards car seats designed for younger children (let's be honest, infants) and trying to tell us that the car seat we need for our child is ACTUALLY for kids 5-7. And that what we need is rear facing (and then proceeded to try to explain to us that rear facing means the child is facing the back of their own seat...thanks Tips!) because that's what "they" recommend. They need to realize that they don't write the regulations, Transportation Canada does, for a reason. read more
