It was a relief to be helped rather than mauled by English-speaking sales personnel. The person who attended was both knowledgeable of the modern little girl's secret heart and genuinely helpful. I was especially pleased with the small cloth bag provided for the gift instead of wrapping paper. The only thing missing is a selection of cards appropriate for children but these are now surprisingly hard to come by. They have a large selection of both boy and girl clothes for great prices! There are always sales to encourage repeat customers. I went to this location looking for a swimsuit for my little girl and Carter's was the only one that had the style we were looking for. (Long sleeve top). We spent over half an hour looking and finding all kinds of great clothes for our little one. The staff were really helpful if we needed to find something and couldn't. There was no line at the check up which is always nice. I will definitely come back since Carter's is one of the best places to get great outfits for my little one's ever growing wardrobe! As a new mom, the thing I really appreciate are the nursing rooms located in the back of the store. You need an associate to help you open the door, but once inside it is a very pleasant room with everything you could need to help take care of your infant. There is a changing pad, sink and paper towels, and a nice comfy rocking chair to nurse your young one. It sure came in handy when I needed to feed my little one!

While large and spacious, the feeling is warehouse-like, stale and lacking that magical sense that us millennials loved as kids. Toy deals were rare to be seen, and even price conversion to USD wasn't even advantageous. While it was nice to personally reminisce and show my toddler around, the small independent toy shops/online shopping are the way to go now.
