As has been mentioned, this place should only be visited if they have a sale on. They do have great sales, and they happen fairly often, but I've had to rush in for an item on some occasions where everything was full price and it sucked. I knew that a week later everything I bought would be half price - their regular prices can be quite high on a lot of items too oddly enough. The selection is vast but this isn't exactly a good thing. Men's and Women's sections are just that - large masses of clothes for the respective gender in large sections. They don't have any organizational signs and if you're looking for something specific (as I was today) it could take you 5+ minutes of walking through every aisle, looking at everything, before giving up, searching for a staff member and having them take you to it. Don't expect to find high quality here, but you will usually get good value for your dollar. My advice? If you find something you REALLY like, buy two. The clothes can break quite easily and their stock changes so fast you may never find it again. They apparently have stopped emailing receipts, which is unfortunate. I was hoping that was a trend that would catch on with other stores. read more

Like others say - just buy stuff when its on sale. Im tired of going and finding something to buy - paying full price - then coming back a week later and finding it 75% off. Happens all the time. Hit or miss for looking organized as well. Usually it looks good but come on a sale weekend and i think the staff gives up on cleaning/refold all the clothes - looks like a clothes tornado whipped through the place. One other word of advise...try on EVERYTHING you buy. If you try on one t-shirt and it fits, it doesn't guarantee the exact same shirt with the exact same size will fit. Sadly more often then not - i find the same shirts, same size fit differently - confusing!! Shouldn't an XL black t shirt fit exactly the same as the XL black t shirt beside it?? I guess not. Cant have it cheap and expect everything to be golden! read more

This location sucks!!! Went in because they have a "sale" on and as always, the store is a disaster. This was at 11am!!!! My guess is that it's not cleaned up the night before because management just doesn't care. I'd probably want to shop there in the future if it was tidy and organized but I doubt it will be. How can anyone find anything in that horrendous mess?? Unless you have a few hours to look through piles of disorganized clothes, don't bother. My time is valuable and I'd rather spend it elsewhere. read more

Went here after they advertised cheap t-shirts. Wish I didn't waste my time. It was a giant pile of shirts of the same colour. I asked a staff member "Jen" if there was any more and she was very rude....sorry for bothering you?? wth This is the most disorganized Old Navy I've ever been to. I'll stick with the Abbotsford location, always organized and haven't had a staff member be a complete jerk to me. read more

Went here today to buy some work apparel. The store was pretty much empty and every dressing room was available, I really didn't notice which room I even walked into. Anyway, after I was trying on some pants I walk out of the dressing room and some dark haired lady in a blue shirt walks up to me and says in a rude tone "Next time you try something on maybe don't pick the handicap room" I said "oh I didn't notice" and she's like "yeah...." and kept starring and I walked away. Later I used the bathroom to wash my hands, every stall is empty, sure enough an employee walks in a uses the handicap stall. Seriously, who effing cares??? I'm never shopping here again, I didn't like the judgmental stares from the employees here. read more

0 stars if I could . Bad experience taking back pants that had a manufactures defect . It was discovered after wearing for a few hours . Inside zipped pocket was not sewn in . Sales person told me they had been washed & worn . They hadn't been washed , just taken off when the defect was discovered. She basically told me I was lying in a passive aggressive way . Would it have mattered anyway ? IT IS A MANUFACTURERS DEFECT . Sales person reached out to the manager . Talked behind my back . She ( manager )didn't even have the courtesy to speak with me . She just appeared with replacement pants & told me ( in a bitchy tone )this was a one time offer & that this pair could not be exchanged or returned. And that the only reason she is replacing them was because of the defect ! Duh , that was the whole purpose for the return Every year I spend hundreds of dollars at Old Navy buying Christmas Pyjamas for a large extended family . Not to mention other purchases throughout the year . Not anymore ! My business will go elsewhere. Sorry , Old Navy you just have to go , there is no room for bad customer service & incompetence. Went to the Old Navy in Langley on Sunday, August 20, 2017. I've never experienced such a rude cold employee with terrible energy before. The salesgirl was so off putting and creepy, that even my daughter commented. She had long dark hair and was heavy set and if Old Navy management reads reviews, they might want to speak to this girl about her attitude. She should be properely trained to deal with the public or not work in retail. I tried to be nice thinking perhaps she was having a bad day and she was still aloof and rude. this place is really good, theres a section for everyone in the family. my husband always finds things for himself and hes super picky about clothes, the kids clothes are soo cute, there ladies section is really big, i dont usually by clothes for myself though as the ladies section always has a real "granola" feel too it. sales people are always nice and helpful too. read more
