One of the tux's pants were too short above the ankle ( that's after it was measured on the person). All 3 of the tuxedos had missing black studs for the shirt buttons. There were 2 bow ties and one long tie instead of 3 bow ties. Sadly, we did not check the suits on day of pick up as we were there the day before for fittings. Upon returning the suits, no one was interested with the issues and their mix ups or addressing them. One of the staff that fitted the group and added the black studs just walked away without commenting. I do not recommend this company due to lack of service, care and professionalism. I do recommend you... check your suits and try them on the day of pick up to hopefully avoid issues. check each suit bag before dropping them off as they do a cursory check of the suit and the items.

We left feeling very confident after Rafi payed such special attention to us, gave us suggestions and made the whole experience an absolute breeze. To me, RW & Co. makes the perfect pretty, classy and attractively understated party dress for gals. While it's not in the tutu spectrum of things, it's definitely one for the sophisticated events. Though at original price (usually around or above $50), RW & Co. dresses are in the pricey range for me, I always just walk in and mentally keep in mind on what I want. Then, I wait. Camping quietly and checking up on the prices and sales rack, I wait for the dress I've been eying on to have its price slashed. When that moment it does, I pounce! (Isn't this almost comparable to a National Geographic documentary?) There's always their special "friends and family" discount sale from time to time (usually one per season). Usually the most they give is a 20% off discount...but guess what happened this last Sunday? A 30% off the last ticketed price! And oh what's that? That grey, made in Canada, bubble party dress I've been eying had gone down from $78 to $59. Another 30% off of that? Needless to say, I bought it! And I'm very pleased with its quality and at the price I bought it! Their camis are also very nice in quality, so I grabbed a few to take advantage of the 30% off discount. I've bought some sweaters from them before, and am still loving them! With each of my purchases, they gave me one, small size, reusable, "eco-friendly" bags to put my items in for free, and told me that if I bring the bag back in for my next purchase, I would get $1 off. Not a great deal, but it's nice to know they're encouraging people to use the reusable bags by giving them away with their purchases and a small discount. Since a month ago they've moved diagonally across from where they were once at Metrotown. The new store is much bigger, and much more organized with plenty of space for one to maneuver in. All in all, RW & Co. have some pretty nice styles for both men and women, especially in terms of business wear. Though the original price is a bit much, I'd suggest everyone to wait for those discounts.

The alterations were done so poorly, with the dress top still not fitting properly, the hem being uneven with frayed edges and loose threads showing. We asked for some of the defects to be fixed and they agreed. When we came in the second time the dress was incrementally better. The excuse this time was that the style of dress couldn't be altered the way it needed to. Why didn't they explain that in the first place? If they have professional seamstresses, shouldn't they have known that before hand? They tried to convince us the alterations were good, their attitude was pretty care-less. Too bad we had to pay ahead of time. I'm super disappointed for my mom as she spent over $400 on this dress and decided not to wear it because it didn't fit her properly. She had the designed the dress and Cinda made it into reality. They draped lace after lace over the bride to be to be until she found the one that she loved. They took exact measurements, drew a sketch and made our bride to be the dress of her dreams! Our Bride was happy and comfortable wearing the dress she designed and looking so beautiful. It was the second time I had this pleasure as my daughter had her wedding dress made by Cinda as well. The two dresses couldn't have been more different and both were so lovely. As with the first time Cinda made a small suggestion that really added to the dress! Thank you to Cinda and her assistants. You are treasures!

There didn't seem to be a huge selection since again, the store is smaller, but what was there was quite pretty. There were no pushy salesmen/salesladies to deal with here - the woman working at the times I went was very laid back and friendly and totally lets you browse at your own pace. The alterations service is where this store shines though, at least in my case. I'd bought a dress elsewhere and had a really unfortunate experience there with alterations. I brought it in here to see if there was anything to be done to fix up the damage, and the woman mentioned before immediately knew what to do to get the dress looking better. My only regret was not taking the dress to be altered here in the first place because she really did a great job in repairs. While I didn't need this particular service at the time, they do offer custom dresses as well. I actually got a peek at a dress in-progress while I was picking up my own and from what I could see the quality was very good. I would definitely come back if I ever needed anything altered again, especially another dress. I overall loved the relaxed feel of the store and customer service was excellent. This is certainly a place to at least take a look-see if you're in need of bridal dresses, formal wear, or alterations.
