After seeing the dress on me she agreed it was not good at all. Robyn was absolutely not rude to me once, her receptionist was. Robyn did offer for me to come have the dress altered at the store, for a price. This felt incredibly offensive as the dress is horrible and she is aware I can't make it to Abby from Burnaby in rush hour after work before they close. I tried twice to pick the dress up and failed. I have now had this dress "fixed" the best it can be by a professional seamstress. This was the second seamstress I had look at the dress. Both agreed the dress does not look as it does in the picture. It sits completely different. The dress is now fitted to me and still looks just terrible. The bride will have an absolutely beautiful wedding day. She completely understands mine, and a few of the other girls, issues with this dress. This will not effect her perfect day as we will make it work for her. I still stand by my previous review and will never purchase another item to this company. I was told a dress in my size was available, sent payment, and then shortly after was told the size was not available and asked to choose something else. I requested a refund and received it. This experience felt unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend.
