Willow one day trip started from Willowbrook Center on 19705 Fraser Highway. We bought a bag and a T shirt from Uniqlo and the bag is on sale! Good timing and we are lucky as my bag has already broken! Just wondering why there are not a lot of customers shopping at the mall! We also dropped by the Winners to pick up a glass takeout box but most of customers are just doing window shopping over there! The temperature was so hot yesterday ! Our car was recorded at 31 degrees Celsius outside the parking ! I thought people should go the mall to have air conditioning especially for the baby kids!! It's about time to go home. Willowbrook Centre - Entrance area of uniqlo - Shopping Centers Near Me - Langley, British Columbia

Feels like a very modern mall for Langley and its much bigger than youd expect. Lots of great holiday decor and a stronger selection of shops, similar to Metrotown or Richmond Centre. There is plenty of seating around the mall. The food court is a bit small, however there are some nicer restaurants just around the perimeter of the main mall. And its so conveniently located right off Highway 10 and Fraser Highway. Staffa are friendly and you can find lots of shops from value stores to higher end. Check it out! read more

I like this mall a lot because there is ample parking and a good variety of stores to go to. They also have nice seasonal decorations. There are also a lot of places to sit and talk with friends. There are two major food areas and a lot of outside eateries. read more

Probably the largest mall in Langley. Parking is plentiful in the lots surrounding the building. Thank goodness there are enough spots, even during the holiday season. The mall seems quite modern and new. Some mention that it has been renovated and revived. It does look quite nice inside I must say. The surrounding parking lot is all cracked and lumpy, so I'm guessing the mall has been here for a while. There is the typical mall stuff like a food court, some department stores (Bay and Nordstrom Rack), and even a T&T supermarket. Worth checking out if one is in the area and needs to buy stuff. read more

Just a year ago, the new Willowbrook Mall/Centre was still half vacant and deadbeatish. Fast forward to 2022, this place has grown up. Fully filled to the brim in every way. Anchor tenants like TNT, Nordstrom Rack, Winners and Sportcheck keep this place super packed every time I visit. And a decent food court. What developers did get right was the untapped shopping demand in this area. It is a mid tier mall but the buzz in the atmosphere is electric especially around the holidays. Nice to see it "succeeding". Fun to visit. read more

Sephora employees are terrible. One lady was suspicious of a few of my friends and I and she ended up following us, which included hiding behind shelves, telling other employees to follow my friends and I, and eavesdropping. They didn't even try to hide it. I would turn around and they'd both hide or pretend to look else where. Acting so kind yet following us and staring intently. Not to mention how disrespectful the employees are when you're younger. Specifically the newyork fries employees. She didn't talk at all no "hello" or what not. She told me the total of my order before I was even done ordering. When receiving my food they didn't call it out and just stared at me. I then watched an older couple come up and they were super polite and helpful. Just because we're younger doesn't mean you can disrespect us, especially when we're wonky a few years younger. read more

This is a mall in Langley. I like that there are lots of seating as you walk around. There are phone charging stations at some of the tables. The food court is a bit boring but Fatburger and Steve's Poke are good options. A Sephora is opening soon which I look forward to exploring. read more

Willowbrook Centre - Interesting seating - Shopping Centers Near Me - Langley, British Columbia

A neighbourhood mall of high caliber design and user amenities such as comfortable, new and bright washroom designs and designer public seating furniture. People complain about this mall lack of offering but I think to be fair not every mall can be a regional mall with gizzilion shops and huge food court. A neighbourhood mall is something that one can walk to or within a short driving distance and Willowbrook mall is just that. 80% through with first phase of renovation, with most stores re-opened with fresh decor, bright lighting and new storefront, the refreshed Willowbrook is a bright and cheery place. Incorporating all the latest in human-centered public space design, the mall has generous amount of variegated public seating unmatched by even the most sophisticated upscale mall in Vancouver (if only people knew how expensive these furniture pieces are). Public corridors are punctuated with high table for work or for drinking, there are low bench and cafe seating with privacy dividers of indoor greenery, as well as conversational style sofa and individual armchairs. Store offering wise it is still in its infancy with major anchor stores like Sportschek and Starbucks. There are over 8 mobile phone stores and kiosks in such a small mall which is something that I don't understand. Food court wise there are more updated offerings but they are not all opened yet. This is a very comfortable mall for daily indoor stroll and to have a coffee in at the moment. Would definitely be a nice refuge during the rainy and winter season. Looking forward to see more store opening and if there are future phases of expansion. read more

Glad to find Jack & Jones, a trendy men's store, opened couple months ago here in Willowbrook Mall. Jack & Jones is a gem of the mall which has nice styles, qualities and most importantly, nice prices. A shop where I can shop for my husband, friends and brothers that I don't have to drive a long way out anymore. Last but not least to mention that the sales persons at Jack & Jones are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. read more

My grand daughter got a gift card that was issued by this mall. She made one purchase with the card and then put it in her wallet like adults would do with a credit card. When she went to use it again the mall store said there is no money left on your card. It seems that the company the mall used to issue their gift cards takes fees off the card if it isn't spent within a certain time frame. Most gift cards that are bought for face value in BC cannot have service fees that eat up the value. Promotional gift cards can have fees. It seems ridiculous that fees would eat up the whole value of a kid's gift card. I think Willowbrook Mall in Langley BC should not use a company to administer their cards that robs little kids. I like WIllowbrook Mall simply because it is convenient and not so huge that you have to pack a lunch just to get through it. For those of us who live out here, it is actually a nice change from driving from big box to big box parking lots. The food court isn't huge but has recently gotten a facelift. There is a coffee shop (name escapes me) in this mall that is lovely. If you want to park your car once and get all your crap done in a day, Willowbrook isn't too bad. read more

Okay so my husband and I went to the food court and decided to order food from taco time, upon ordering our cashier decided to go to the back grab raw food (taco) without washing his hands and no gloves and place in fryer. I asked him why he didn't feel that food safe was important and why he didn't wash his hands, his reply was "you don't like that" why NO I do NOT appreciate you doing that during a pandemic. I informed guest services and fully intend on contacting public health tomorrow morning to inform them. I also advised that if anyone becomes sick in this mall from the foods court I would personally approach the media to inform them of poor hand hygiene that clearly isn't important during a pandemic. I will also like to point out the kfc did the same thing and I watched the staff using the same rag to wipe tables after individuals had finished eating and then continued to wipe the next table. The bath and body works store was asking customers to pick up a small sanitizer and sanitizer hands, when I asked her to help wipe it with Lysol since everyone had touched it, she was visibly upset and said "fine" guess they can't find bigger sanitizer bottles for the store and she proceeded to tell me we r sold out of sanitizer and I very kindly told her thank you but not EVErYONe is looking for that... overall awful experience that I fully intend to inform the right individuals of read more

3.5 stars. I haven't been to this mall in a long time. I always kinda thought it was a little dinky mall but I was surprised to see stores that I would go and shop at. I would probably go to Guildford though since I live right in between these two malls and Guildford has more stores that I want to shop. The mall isn't very big but they have Sportschek, The Bay, Sears and Target. If I lived in Langley, this would mostly like be my go to mall. They also have Cobs bread and Kin's market located outside the mall. read more

This mall is one floor, so it's not very big - but it has some good shops like Off The Wall, Sterling Shoes, and American Eagle. The food court is also quite small, and you're not likely going to find something that you REALLY want to eat. The department stores here include the Bay, Sears, and Zellers; along with a Toys'R'Us. There is also a post office here, which comes in very handy (it's located in the Shopper's Drug Mart). read more

Willowbrook Shopping Centre is not the best place to shop, but also not the worst. Recently, to my surprise, they have added several new stores, which are pretty great. This mall is more for the ladies, or so I have noticed. The apparel caters to a female wardrobe, than male. If I'm bored and want to shop close by, I visit Willowbrook. Alright mall quite a few options because it's kind of big but not really a place I like to go. Do have decent people but I suggest Metrotown or if you have to Coquitlam centre. Guildford centre is better than Willowbrook in my opinion. Lots of food choices and walking distance to bus stops. read more

What a boring mall. In the past year or so, my beautiful beachy home sweet home was gifted by the Great Translink Gods a brand spankin' new public transportation vehicle that will take you into Langley and straight through to Willowbrook. Joy. But with a bus system that's as full of holes as White Rocks, I'm not one to decline progress. I spent all of twenty minutes perusing before I turned on my heels and headed back the way I came. There is nothing of interest here. Shops like Bootlegger, Bluenotes, Aeropostale, and the like offer some way of killing time here, but I outgrew most of these stores several years ago. Even the food court isn't anything special, and the Chinese food is terrible, even for mall fare! Sorry, Langley. I don't visit you too often, but now when someone mentions you, I'm instantly going to envision a tumbleweed rolling by. read more

Lots of stores in here, plus some of the big ones like Target, The Bay, Sears, and a recently-renovated food court. I do find the layout a bit confusing though. The nice thing about this mall is the parking lot is well designed, much better than many malls in the lower mainland I visit. I'd recommend going here if you are in the area and need to stretch your legs or get some shopping done. read more

I love this mall. The main stores, The Bay, Sears, Zellers, Toys 'R' Us, Sport Chek are the big boys in the mall. But, there are many shoe stores, various clothing stores, a dollar type store, camera store, The Body Shop, Laura Secord, an excellent knife and utility store, Vitamin/health type store, several eye glass places, boutiques... There is some thing for most. Also, the Bay, and Sears have several floors... this is NOT a one level mall. I much prefer this mall to the big box stores. There is a huge convenience to the mall. With the big box stores, one has to litterly drive from store to store in all kinds of weather... burning gas and looking for a parking space over and over. Not my idea of a pleasant shopping experience. The food-court is nice too and has been revamped. Very clean, cheery, and comfortable with plenty of choices. I also enjoy many of the center booths set up through out the mall selling one thing and another. Overall, an excellent mall to go to, shop, and get things done. read more

Excited for the renovations because half of the stores in this mall are empty and there is no real allure or attraction that makes this mall different or stand out over malls like Guildford or Metrotown. The incentives and contests are boring. Confusing coming into the mall when stores are always being moved around to temporary locations. Food court has nothing special - Burgers, Pizza, KFC, cheap Chinese, expensive Greek. No child baring or lockers for storage. Huge store spaces are empty and large stores are leaving probably having an empty space waiting to be filled for years (I imagine this will happen with Sears as it did when Target left). If I didn't work at this mall I probably would never visit. read more

This mall used to be great. Now it is small and dated. Its crazy that both Guildford town center and Surrey Central are way nicer and better. I know they are renovating the target side but I cant see how that is going to help much. Hopefully I am wrong. In the meantime 2 stars. read more

I visit this mall almost weekly and i hate to say it but theres only a few places that stick out(showcase, spencers, hmv and the dogs ear) but there are some good places to eat at in this mall(sushi, kfc, quiznos, etc). This mall can be fun if you find the right stores. It is better than the abbotsford mall in my oppinion. read more

this is the worst place ever , inexperienced staff i was there in november to get a full head of highlights and i was there for about 4 hours not only that my hair was falling out in chunks when she was blow drying it , i wanted blonde and they were orange even after she did a toner , i will never go back here again i have told a million people and other hair salons about this place. not only that i payed 210 dollars just to get my hair to fall out , she also put so much product in my hair that it was like a big grease bucket . when she washed my hair i went home to find out i still had hair dye underneath my hair read more
