No I thought you were being helped. Totally weird interaction. I have never seen this person before. It was like she knows me and chose to ignore me. Totally bizarre behavior. The First time I came in I needed a box to ship a snowboard, I assumed I would have to buy one, but they looked for me but couldn't find a specific snowboard box so brought me out some ski boxes tape and scissors!
