DO NOT add a .50 cents for a paper bag . That's is actually such a serious ridiculous decision to do that I will be staying clear of supporting this local store . This is when common sense needs to kick in and the owners need to use it .

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service…read more Purchased a coat 3 weeks ago (to the day), had lost the receipt but gave them my information when purchased so figured it wouldn't be an issue. When I visited the store today to make the return, I was told I was WELL over the return date (which was 14 days) and that they could not find me in the system. So the item I had the tags on, and was clearly from the store, I could not only not return, but they would also not offer me some type of store credit. I find it funny that although between my mother and myself, we've purchased multiple items, that we wouldn't be in the system at all. Not whatsoever. I was treated like I was trying to steal from them, and a child. They looked down on me and hid behind their "policies". Having worked in retail for 5+ years (both small business and corporate) I understand policies are put into place for a reason, but do not agree with the way I was treated and it is extremely clear they do not care about their customers. They've not only lost me as a customer but my sisters, mother, and others I will share this story with in the future. Bye forever Bella + Wren. I won't miss you.

This store is great - with lots boats now in stock, and the staff is awesome! Highly recommended!…read moreI was looking for a Delta 12 foot kayak (or equivalent from another brand) and Western was out of stock through much of the summer. Visiting family in Maple Ridge last week, on a whim I hopped over to the store and they were able to locate two 12'10" Deltas for me to choose from. The salesperson (Pascal) was very helpful and patient. I made the purchase on the spot, with accessories for mounting on a car rack. A week later, I met their representative (Jenn) to pick it up on the USA side (Sumas) and being a first-time owner, she helped me mount the Kayak on my vehicle and tie it down correctly. She even threw in a couple of gadgets to provide for the front and back tiedowns since my vehicle had no latch or tow package.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating and there was no sales pressure. The shop is very packed with bikes. Since it used to be a house it has a relaxed feel to it that a big commercial bike shop doesn't have. Very satisfied! I'll be coming back for sure!

Older sales associate guy looked completely confused upon our arrival, knew nothing about our appointment, and then to top it off told us they really don't have that many blue suits right now but to check back in a month. OMG, yes, that's what the appointment was booked for! Guy was seriously out to lunch, offered no help at all, and we walked out empty handed. So disappointed, we had heard great things about Moores, never again.
