When she finally was getting the attention from one of the girls who again were talking among them self's she found a pair that was more expensive then her first pair. The point here is is that the girl helping was snooty about the price implying my daughter could not afford that pair of earring. As it's out of our price range. She kept insisting on this ring and and picking it up and trying to sell me on it. Making me have to tell her multiple times that we only wanted to see rings within our budget. The sales lady did not listen to what we said at all every ring she showed is was out of our budget or could not be sized to my size... which she check right away and should have known before showing me the ring. We were so upset we ended up getting a ring that might not even be able to get my size & did not get my fiancé a ring as We were just frustrated and wanted to get out. I had a horrible experience The sales lady also made a not so comment about how "everything either is not able to fit my finger, we can't afford it or we don't like it" which was completely unprofessional.... I left the store with tears in my eyes. I was very excited to get my wedding ring & have been looking forward to ring shopping for weeks. But now I don't even want my ring anymore as it will be a constant reminder of my horrible experience at Michel Hill .... If we were not pressed for time we wouldn't have gotten anything here.
