We selected material and agreed on a price of $1073.15, at this time I specified that I wanted a certain type of drapery hook (the type that slides up from the bottom of the pleat). Sheila D replied that they use the best type of drapery hook used commercially and not to be concerned. I took her at her word. A few days later another Arlenes employee came to take measurements, I showed him a sample of the type of hooks I wanted. he said he would make a note of it on the order. On Nov. 29 the drapes were delivered to be installed, I did not get the right hooks, they were cheap hooks you would find at a dollar store. This was a custom order and I should get what I asked for. The owner is very knowledgeable about how to keep and maintain them. I had some questions about fungus nats and she recommended some yellow tape that can keep them at bay.
