If you're a little tired of IKEA's selection, definitely come and check out Structube for an alternative to affordable and statement pieces for your home! Structube's online website is extensive but I'm the type of like to see something in person before I buy. Therefore, I adore this location because unlike the other locations, this one is HUGE! Lots of space and they have a majority of the bigger items in their showroom for you to physically see and touch and experience before purchasing. Like a kid in a candy store we had the freedom to touch, see, sit, smell, play and just interact with everything and imagine the possibilities in our home decorating. From large items like dining room tables, bed frames, and couches to smaller items like baskets, utensils, candles and lighting, Structube has a decent variety of trendy and unique items that can fit any budget. The staff were helpful and around yet gave us plenty of space to explore the showroom with ease. There are several online information stations where you can browse the online store in-store. Dependent on the item, they offer in-store pick-up, pick-up at a Structube megacenter or home delivery ($100 fee). Since they are so reasonable in price for some quality pieces, some items are in back-order for months at a time. So get your inner designer-self in here and start jazzing up your space! read more

Went to try to buy some kitchen furniture there on July 2nd and was approached as soon as I entered. I was told that I was not allowed in their store without a mask even with the New Phase 3 Public Health Orders, so I shopped elsewhere. Wow finally something different besides IKEA!! We bought a beautiful KING size bed frame, lamps , pillow cases, a rug and a few plants so far from this unique store! Customer service was great too so not sure why it has a low rating? The store is huge , lots of selection and my delivery always on time! Prices are very reasonable too! By far the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of shopping at. I made the mistake of listening to my daughter, and went to this place to buy a sofa last October. We put a deposit down and were told we would get delivery on November 15th. Based on this, I got rid of my old sofas in early November. We sat on milk crates for the last 5 months. November came and went, December came and went, and January came and went. Mid-February we received an email, saying the sofa was now in Montreal and we needed to pay the balance to take delivery. We phoned the store, stating that since they had steered us wrong for so long, we did not want to pay any more until we got the piece. The Manager was extremely rude and condescending to my daughter and we were forced to pay the balance and then wait another 4 weeks for delivery. We got delivery today, and they neglected to mention that there was a lot of assembly required. Spent the last 90 minutes putting it together, now try to get rid of these large cardboard boxes it came in. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I really like Structubes products and price point. I have ordered a number of items from them but actually getting what you order is so frustrating. The service I have received from Structube Langley has been terrible. My orders have taken months to come with no communication from them. They just don't show up. I know that is not the Langley locations fault but when I call to follow up I usually have to call a few times before they answer and they are so short and unfriendly. Terrible customer service. The manager of this store is rude and treats his customers like common criminals. Might be a good store if you don't have to return anything or deal with the manager at all. The two sales ladies I spoke to were extremely nice and couldn't understand why the manager wouldn't allow my return. On Structube's phone message (back East) they say "your patience and understanding during these challenging times is appreciate," however, the manager of the Langley store doesn't seem to agree with that nicety. read more

I've been in search of the perfect console table without much luck. I didn't realize this store existed and was excited to pop in. While shopping not one person acknowledged my existence in the store. Instead the staff laughed, spoke inappropriately to one another on the floor building a piece of furniture. Even when I was right beside them they still didn't look up from their conversation. read more

Very very bad service, I can't comment on the product as I haven't received it yet. I purchased a bed on June 2021 and received an email that it was out of stock, expected to be back in stock Oct 2021. After contacting multiple times keep on changing the stock bed is is here in Structube Langley location in the month of April, 2022 (Almost a year). When the bed in the store no one have contacted me to inform bed is ready to pick up. I have called then in the mid of April, 2022 and arranged everything for the delivery with Structube delivery company. The Bed I purchased is with the delivery company no one have contacted me for 2 weeks. I got an email from Structube Langley that I will hear from the delivery company with in couple of days. Made me so frustrated. I went to the store personally thinking nothing is happening over the phone. Manager promised me someone will contact me, as usual no one have contacted me for 5 days. This happen to me all the time when I call then, they say some one will give a call but no one will call back. I called back again , every time I call them they say they have nothing to do from there end. I understand pandemic is making everything delay with the stock. After waiting for a long time bed is here now it is not the problem with pandemic it is with the company itself as they took more than a month to be delivered, as speaking today is May 12th, 2022 I haven't had a call from delivery company to arrange for the delivery. How can people come back to your service if there is delay from your side. Very very bad service, I will definitely not recommend this company to my friends for there purchases.
