We used his company a few years back to have some carpet and floors installed. We had an issue with his contractor, Rodney and his crew, that was sent over to us. They installed the carpets flawlessly but ruined the flooring causing us thousands of dollars in repairs. After several tradesmen said "Who did this to your floor?", we wrote a review of our experience with Rodney. It hadn't mattered how long it had been since the floor had been installed, Ed came over immediately to asses the floors and offered to get them fixed. We highly recommended Rug and Remnants for Ed and his kind, knowledgeable and courteous staff but would not recommend Rodney as a contractor

Structube's online website is extensive but I'm the type of like to see something in person before I buy. Therefore, I adore this location because unlike the other locations, this one is HUGE! Lots of space and they have a majority of the bigger items in their showroom for you to physically see and touch and experience before purchasing. Like a kid in a candy store we had the freedom to touch, see, sit, smell, play and just interact with everything and imagine the possibilities in our home decorating. From large items like dining room tables, bed frames, and couches to smaller items like baskets, utensils, candles and lighting, Structube has a decent variety of trendy and unique items that can fit any budget. The staff were helpful and around yet gave us plenty of space to explore the showroom with ease. There are several online information stations where you can browse the online store in-store. Dependent on the item, they offer in-store pick-up, pick-up at a Structube megacenter or home delivery ($100 fee). Since they are so reasonable in price for some quality pieces, some items are in back-order for months at a time. So get your inner designer-self in here and start jazzing up your space!
