Guy that showed up at my house wanted to be paid BEFORE he did any work. He cleaned the carpets and they were absolutely SOAKED when he left . Took till the next day for them to be dry. Then I noticed that my baseboards are all swollen up and the MDF boards are ruined and need to be REPLACED. The corner of the baseboards where they join are even split apart from water damage. I sent an email with attached PHOTOS to no reply. Not sure why you send an email asking for a review and if I was happy if you aren't responding or trying to fix the problem. Hence this review . Completely satisfied with their service. Professional and did a thorough job in cleaning. We got both our sofa sectional and area rug cleaning. They washed and rinsed many times. They use a ecofriendly solution. Very happy with the service read more

First time I have used them; went online and saw all the positive reviews. They met the reviews standards. carpet came out excellent. Even got previous stains out that previous cleaners could not touch. Owner very knowledgeable. He was training a new employee and you could here the detail on procedures he was passing on. Very impressive! I will definitely use them again. read more

We just had our entire townhome cleaned yesterday and couldn't be more impressed. An extremely professional and courteous team with a high energy level and first rate work ethic. Our carpets look amazing and they even clean your baseboards and moved furniture which we did not expect. In addition, they arrived exactly on time and finished in the time approximated. We highly recommend them to anyone! You get what you pay for and then some! read more

Rude the second they walked into my home. Made me feel like they didnt even want to clean my carpets. The $150 quote was doubled to well over $300. I mentioned I had never paid that much for carpet cleaning. They decided to bash the other company I used. I asked them to leave. I will now always use protech for my carpet cleaning. They do a fabulous job. read more

John (and now also his son Brad) have been cleaning my carpets for over 20 years and they have been with me through six house moves. They provide an excellent service - the carpets come very clean (even stains that I assumed would be permanent); and even pet stains and odours have come out with their cleaning methods. They provide a great service at a fair and reasonable price and are very pleasant to deal with. Their equipment is completely self-contained in their truck so they don't make any mess in the house. These guys are absolutely excellent. - prompt - polite - professional - perfectionist They do what they say they are going to do and then some. By FAR the best carpet cleaners EVER. !! We have used Ridge Meadows Carpet Care for years at our apartment complex, and I cannot say how much they have done to make our lives easier! There have been so many times we have thought we would need to replace a carpet and John and Brad have brought it back to life. In most cases we cant even tell where the problem was! I have been very pleased with the work done by Ridge Meadows carpet cleaning. My carpet is a very light beige color, and over 15 years old. They did such a good job of cleaning it that a friend actually asked me if I had a new carpet! They were courteous, efficient and reliable--even came back at no extra charge to touch up a spot.
