The sales rep got very huffy and demanded the extra $55 "because you're paying 4 days after the work was completed". I think this is unfair for two reasons. First, there was no guidance for the actual cleaning person, my garage doors were never cleaned, and the poor kid looked at me as if he was in shock when I pointed out what the sales rep had promised.
