Got them running a bit before he left and it looked maybe ok,, but after he left, i found many of the downpipes plugged solid ! my roof is high, the ladder heavy, for me to fix this has taken many hours and very dangerous. I would not recommend Victor of PowWow to anybody that doesn't want to be up there fixing what he left,, he also ripped the gutter downpipes without removing screws for the few he did get clean, so prepare to get a good price on the cleaning maybe, but do some work yourself after.

Beware! Tom, the owner, agreed to clean my house gutters and downpipes. He agreed to put all…read moregutter debris in my garbage bin which I provided to him. I advised him of the gutter downpipes was not draining properly and he said he would look after that. I am a senior with low vision so trusted him to do what he said he would do. Unfortunately that is not what happened. He and his helper dumped most of the gutter debris onto of my already cleaned flowerbeds. I had to call him twice to get him back to clean up the gutter debris he dumped on my flower beds. At that time I showed him again that the same gutter down pipe was still not draining properly. He said he would look after cleaning it out but he did not clean the down pipe out. I have attached a video to show that the same down pipe is still not draining properly and in a rainfall the water is gushing out over the top. I sent this video in an email to Tom asking him to arrange to come back and clean out the gutter down pipe. He did not reply to my email so I called him. He acknowledged receiving my email but became very confrontational saying that cleaning the gutter down pipes was not included in the gutter cleaning service.
