We'll definitely be calling on them again for the next cleaning. We have some large cedar trees in our yard that drop a lot of needles in the winter into the gutters so gutter cleaning is a major issue for us and the gutters were overdue for cleaning. Not to mention the 110dB jackhammer noises that they insist on carrying on with at 6pm on a Friday evening, probably because they don't start work until they feel like it -- usually anywhere from 11am to 2pm. I am in charge of hiring contractors on a regular basis and these guys are some of the worst I have ever seen.

Nitesh, Tyler and Brandon that came to our house were all very friendly and receptive to feedback and delivering our desired outcome. I have a really hands on approach to dealing with things, but they didn't seem to mind it at all. If you're not happy with something, you just have to let them know and they'll accommodate you. Overall, I'm quite happy with Imagine. Only word of caution, if you're like me with really "old windows" that have hazing issues, and have not cleaned them in a long while, you might want to reconsider getting them cleaned just because windows are apparently porous ...after cleaning, the hazing issue seemed to be much worst. Imagine won't be able to help you with this issue. I'm not quite sure, but I might have to find a company that deals specifically with windows to help me with my problem.

Precision made some recommendations regarding enlarging the gutter openings and adding filters at the downspouts, this has proven to be very helpful. This year they cleaned the gutters and inspected the membrane, a few cracks were found in the membrane and repaired same day. Price was reasonable and a follow up inspection by Precisions quality control manager was an added bonus which I appreciated. I have and will continue to recommend Precision gutters for quality work.

My previous cleaner just retired so I was looking for a new one, and I reached out to get a quote from Cleaning4U. I have a ~500 sq ft apartment, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It's a small apartment that my previous cleaners (who worked alone) did full housekeeping and cleaning themselves in 2 - 3 hours, and would cost generally $100 or less (maybe a bit over if there was some more to do that day). So tell me why Cleaning4U came back to me with a quote of 3 Cleaners for 1.5h, $40/h each, for $180 + 5% GST + 2.99% if you're paying by card (so would be basically $200 total). AND THAT'S ONLY FOR SURFACE CLEANING. It's $30 extra for cleaning inside appliances. The list of services provided didn't even go into organizing the fridge, closets, or anything along those lines. JUST surface cleaning. I took one look and laughed out loud at the sheer audacity of how ridiculous that quote was. It really feels like they're trying to scam people who don't know any better. Literally right after responding back telling them no way jose I got a call from another company who wanted to give me a quote. The other company quoted me 2 cleaners, 1 hour, total of less than $100, and their list of services included fridge cleaning, closet organization, and a bunch of other stuff. Needless to say, I went with them instead.
