It was a pleasure to deal with Precision Gutters. We had not invested in gutters and downspouts for over 20 years and thought we would just be replacing "what we had". Tyler took the time to walk us through areas where we could benefit from today's much more modern and efficient systems, and how the new system would be easier and safer for us to maintain. Tyler's quote was thorough and informative and we felt that we could trust Precision without having to shop and compare (and there is lots of competition out there!). When it was time to install, Fraser and his team were very considerate and helpful in explaining what they were going to do. Another crew was able to help out as there was a nearby job that was cancelled. As a result, our job was completed much sooner than expected, and we so appreciated that, since we were in the middle of other major renovations and this just took so much stress away. Fraser did a thorough walk-around with us, and reminded us that Precision would be available for annual maintenance. Rick, the sales rep, was honest, listened to our needs, and explained clearly how their gutter system worked. We paid the amount that was quoted. The admin staff was nice, courteous and helpful. They contacted us to let us know in advance when the work would get done or if there was a delay. Two employees came to remove the existing gutters and downspouts, install the gutters, downspout and leaf screens. They wore face masks when talking to us, were courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done.  They completed the work professionally in less than a day and left the place clean. They let us know that someone else wold come back to add some flashing. We paid a deposit prior to the work to be done, and then we didn't get invoiced for the remainder until the flashing work was completed. We would deal with this company again, without hesitation. It was a great pleasure dealing with Precision gutters. After 35 plus years it was time to replace the gutters and downspouts. I called for an estimate and Connor came out within a few days and went through all the pricing that was required. It was reasonable and we set up a date for installation. Fraser and his team came out and I went through every thing that was included and the work started but as has it some of the boards had rot in them, but with in a few hours he had the replacement boards delivered and installed. The job was completed in a timely manner and the house and garage look a 100%. They cleaned up and hauled away all the old gutters and down spouts. Although it took some time to get my gutters done, it was well worth the wait. They are busy because they're the best. Precision replaced my gutters front and back after years of leaks from the original ones. Poor construction on the house meant I had damage to my facia boards and one very rotten belly board. It's been in excess of 2 months since the pros at Precision Gutters worked on our gutters/downspout. I said I'd be back to update the review after a couple of months and the end result: could not have asked for a better outcome.
