Unfortunately one…read moreof the trees didn't fall the way it was supposed to, it came down hard on the roof of my house and caused some serious damage. There was a visible hole, shingles torn off and I was honestly panicking because I had no idea who to call. I started calling around and found First choice roofing. I called and to my surprise Ali answered right away. I explained what happened and how urgent it was, and without hesitation he said he could come out within 1 to 2 hours, and 1 hour later he was at my house. He got on the roof, checked everything out, and explained exactly what needed to be done, no fluff, no pressure, just straightforward advice. What really blew me away was that he fixed everything the same day. No waiting, no back-and-forth, he got it done on the spot, and the quality of the work was top notch. Even better, the price was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay a fortune for an emergency job like that but Ali was honest, fair and transparent from the start. If you're in Vancouver and need roofing work, especially in an unexpected situation I highly recommend First Choice Roofing. Ali really came through for me when I needed help fast.
