Only one word to describe this company....SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! don't go by their website ad and…read morethe odd few good reviews!! I cannot believe no one has alerted BBB of their business behaviour and their rip off tactics. We had our gutters repaired by Patrick & company. Their quote was given and on the day of repairs they said we needed more repairs once they looked at the job..... $3500 +++ later, they came in these big company vans, trying to look professional.....with no proper setup of tools in the van! some of the work started to leak, we called, emailed, texted continuously with NO REPLY. and then, we had someone this summer to look at our roof tiles, we asked if they can check the job this company did, we were shocked to know that the work on top of the house gutters was a quick patch that was NOT needed. A small gutter repair/patch work became a nightmare and we were taken in for a ride.....RUN! when they say they will be back, and give 10 years warranty!!!!!! NO ONE IS GIVING 10 YEARS!!!!! using 10 years warranty is a sign of a good scam!!!! Go with someone who is reputable, company that are passed down in generations. Next level gutter repair is showing 16 years of experience, what a joke! SAVE YOUR SELF GRIEF and don't even think about these guys coming to your home! you will be sorry like us! wish I had gone with my gut feeling that day when they said we needed more repairs....I should have said NO, but they talked us into the fact that it will be an issue in the rainy season.....come to think about it we never had any issues the other side of the house with gutter leaks....only the one side. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOLKS! Stay aware of them..... :-(
