I would not recommend these guys for any future jobs. This company was in the neighbourhood and went door to door asking if anyone wanted to clean their gutters or roof. I had my gutters cleaned and my neighbour had his roof and gutters cleaned. As my neighbor's place is a bigger job, Aztec cleaned my gutters first. So, when it came to cleaning my neighbor's place the next day, all the debris from the roof and gutter came over to my place. Two things I was not happy about even though I brought this to the sales guy attention: 1. With the amount of debis that came over, I couldn't get any assurance that the debris didn't go over to my clean gutters. They said the the debris goes downward but who knows. It really depends how the guy blew the debris out. 2. With the debris that came over to my place, a lot of it was blow under my deck. There is a net under the deck and these guys blew the dirt under as their way of cleaning up afterwards. I think an animal tried digging and dug out some of the hidden dirt. So, I discovered it. This company rang my doorbell and offered me window cleaning as they were cleaning my neighbour's. They missed 5 of the Windows. The employer was using half of a cut up extension ladder that he was struggling on as it was swaying and jiggling. Which is not up to standards of practices of WCB. They also agreed to sweep my lower deck and take away the debris. Which they failed to do so twice after speaking with the manager of the unit that was in the area. I called the company, they said that they can return in week to clean up the debris. A week is a little late to finish a job and make a customer happy. I would highly NOT recommend this company. read more

Stay clear of this company. They go door to door offering a variety of services, and the quality of work is terrible. We agreed to have them clean our exterior windows. They used a filtered process where they hose down your windows and because the filters remove minerals the windows are supposed to dry spot free. After they were finished, the windows were worse than when they started. When we realized that they were unable to finish the job to our satisfaction, we put a stop payment on the cheque we had given them. We contracted another company to clean the windows which were done to our satisfaction. One of there administration people called us demanding payment . We explained that the employees that had performed the service left the windows dirty, but the admin person seemed only concerned with collecting the money. She was told that we would not pay for the service, and subsequently days later, we were called by a collection agency. How sad that companies like that are able to operate. read more

I agree: keep away from this business. I trusted the rep, and didn't even bother to check Yelp--until after they sent the young man to 'clean the windows'. They were washed in the most cursory manner, with streaks left on every one. Several had large screens, which we were assured would be removed before washing--they weren't. The young immigrant who performed the task, though pleasant enough, had absolutely no training. It was a scam, from beginning to end. Never again. Was given a quote of $ 350 to clean inside of the gutters, wash windows and caulk a leaking gutter corner. Now I have clean windows, the leaking corner is still leaking and the gutters are overflowing because of clogged downspouts (they were obviously not cleaned properly). these guys cleaned my gutters and washed my windows & skylights. They come door to door and the guy who talks to you is not the one doing the work. The ones they sent to me did not know what they were doing! I had to show them how to do one skylight and their manager had to do one skylight because they said they could not get it clean! Apparently they only know how to spray water on your windows -- they do not wipe them off and if the water can't clean your windows, they are at a loss. They also made a mess and did not clean up everything. They wanted to do my roof but I would be afraid to let such inexperienced people break my concrete roof tiles. I don't believe they are as qualified as they claim. they offered me what looked like a good price but neglected to mention inexperienced kids would be doing the work. read more

This business performed work on my house in Mission. While I'm overall pleased with the work they did, removing a considerable amount of moss, and outside gutter cleaning, I am displeased with their misrepresentation of their WCB coverage. If this company had accurately represented their WCB status, I of course would not have proceeded with the work until they were properly insured to do so. read more

We have modern home with a standing-seam metal roof that had become discoloured with debris and moss, ruining the look. The house is tall and the roof very steep. An Aztec crew spent five hours cleaning the roof and the gutters for very a very modest charge (much less than other estimates I'd been given). Excellent clean up--the yard, deck, and patio were swept and left spotless. I don't understand the other negative reviews. I had this company clean our windows. They did a terrible job, all the windows had water stains on them when they finished. They sprayed water on them and let them dry without wiping them in any way. They are worse now than before. They offered to come back but because they did such a terrible job we do not want them back. I have now hired a professional window cleaner to wash them. I would not recommend this company to any work for me or anyone else. I do not understand how they can stay in business with the quality of work they do. read more

Stay away from them! I had them to clean the gutters. They didn't have any gutter cleaning equipment except a ladder. First time they took less 5 minuets to finished the job, one which I could see was still dirty and it didn't get clean at all. I called them back & redid again. It was horrible experience. The man who was cleaning the gutters almost slipped several times from the roof , his was not safely equipped for his job and wore the wrong shoes. He claimed he done his job when there was still dirty inside gutters. Even the person who was in charge believed they finished their job even dirty still inside. They didn't just miss a spot, they completely missed everything. I have photos of my gutters filled with mud and dirt. they have 4 businesses in different areas one is vancouver main hub. next is victoria, kelowna and seattle. over priced and a scamm.(kelowna) my mother had them clean our roof of moss this summer about 1 and a half months ago and the moss is back and they guarantee that the moss won't be there for 3 years. left a mess around the house that they said would be cleaned up. (it wasn't except by a leaf blower to blow it onto the lawn and furniture.) the charged her quite a bit of money to her credit card the payment has gone through and they are still sending her invoices stating she hasn't paid them yet. she has been threatened by the main head person of the kelowna branch that he is going to send creditors after her for the payment even though she payed the same day they did the poor job. the BBB has gotten a lot of complaints about this company i would avoid it at all costs if you value your home. read more

i hired this company today to clean the gutters. worst job ever in 13 years since i own the house. came back to my house after the dog walk and someone approached me on the street and pitched their service while they are in the neighbourhood. Jesse gave me a good price to clean the gutters in and out for the house. he said they will even take pictures of the gutters to show how clean they are. i told them to go ahead and do the job; i wish i didn't. they did a terrible job of cleaning the gutters. they missed sections of it and also left terrible hand/finger marks all over the fascia boards. when i asked them to clean up after it, they said i'm difficult to please. wish i didn't hire them at all. when i went on the roof and showed them how bad the job was done, they owner said well i guess the guy working on it didn't expect you to check this closely. don't use this company if you want to get a good job. read more
