2nd visit with my brand new truck. First visit the wash was so so, truck bed was still filthy and behind the cab was never even touched along with tail gate and bumpers. This time I walked around the truck and pointed out the things I wanted to make sure were addressed and also pointed out that there were no scratches or chips... truck has 1k miles on it. Got it back this time, truck bed was full of soap, guy told me if I would have paid for the hand wash they would have taken care of that. I did not ask for a full detail, but I did ask for the soap to be removed. That is what a wash is, am I wrong? When I went out to look at the truck, I pointed out a chip in the paint on the side of the truck, fresh as it could be. I asked what happened and was told that there is no way for this to happen..... then he walked away. If you're going to run a car wash, atleast admit when you damage something. Like I said, I am 100% positive this was not there. It is brand new and I walk around it daily because I take pride in my vehicles. I hope someone there steps up and makes it right! read more

I had the $24 car wash today. Took about 15 minutes which was not bad at all. Pretty quick for the work they have to do. At first glance everything looked pretty spot on clean. Exterior looks great. My back passenger Windows could have used a better cleaning along with inside door panels. I didn't get any air fresheners (thought I would) . Overall not bad. Total car detail, pretty good job except crumbs still in center console and under seats where they slide forward/backward. Im sure they could have gotten in there with a special vacum attachment. Drove away mostly satisfied then realized they still had my sun visor and battery jump pack. So when I got there to pick them up they came out with those items in hand and appologized and gave me a $24 free carwash card for next time. Very deceptive on their car wash services. I chose an express wash as the interior had just been done. But on the express wash they were suppose to apply tire dressing which they did not and the supervisor on the other side of the was tried to feed me a line of bull shit that they put in on in the tunnel. Then they refused to even dry my car, which wound up leaving water spots all over my new $67,000 Mercedes. Terrible service. I come here with two cars - my wife driving one and I'm driving the other. I am in line behind my wife why her's is getting vacuumed. They finish vacuuming her car and then the guy comes up to me and says we're closed. I'm like, we are together and I've been sitting in line for 15 min. The guy did not care. Was a jerk and said no. Then I look and their hours say they are open until 6pm. It was only 5pm. read more

This is the most convenient gas station, right on the corner of South Virginia and Longley Ln. It is easy to get in and easy to get out, and it is has Chevron gas to boot, which is the best for my Jeep. For some reason this place was closed for about two years, and I really missed it. Not impressed. I gave specific instructions that were not followed. When I noticed they hadn't vacuumed under my rear seats at all I was told the vacuums on the side were free and I had to go finish it myself. I usually go to Buggy Bath and they do excellent work. I've had my car washed here a handful of times, and just this past weekend I entered the car wash like many times before but by the end of the car wash I had a massive crack across my windshield. I asked for a manager and they came out and said there was probably a pit from a rock and the hot sun and cold water caused it. I had no cracks or anything, and now I have a 2 foot crack across right at eye level. In my 20 years of driving and car washes in the desert, I've never experienced anything like this. I frequently take my car to full service car washes and have the interior and exterior cleaned. This was my first time coming to Winners Crossing. I am by no means picky & I have a slightly older vehicle so I have reasonable expectations. I could not be more disappointed with the job they did. First, a manager parked my vehicle so that tells me he was satisfied enough with the job to give my car back to me in that condition. I paid 26$ for a full interior wipe down and an exterior wash. The carpets were not thoroughly vacuumed, the windshield still has gunk on it, and it seems that nothing on the passenger side was even touched. Very frustrated. I wasted my money and they all seemed to be in such a hurry that I couldn't even get anyone to come over and review my concerns with me. I understand that car washes are busy, especially on the weekend, but this is a paid service and should be treated as such. read more

This place opened in the spot where Terrible's use to be. Not really much has changed. The place doesn't really stand out as offering anything special. You can get better car wash service and deals for the same amount of money at other car washes in Reno. It is a Chevron station, so expect to pay a lot of money for gas. HORRIBLE Cleaning of my interior. An embarrassment to this establishment. I'm blown away. I paid $30 for a full service (not expecting a detailing or anything but this was atrocious) wash and could've spent $7 and driven it through myself, which is what I normally do. Unfortunately, this was so bad I won't be returning as a customer in any capacity as I was ripped off. My dash was essentially untouched and my console and doors were literally untouched. There was no reason for such a lousy job as I was the first and only customer. I will not be returning and will definitely suggest that others find somewhere else to have their vehicle cleaned. read more

I've always loved this car wash and was so happy when they reopened. It took then a couple of months to work out the kinks but now things are great. I went in today for my free wash. When you buy 4 washes (Tahoe I believe) the fifth one is free. Also this wash comes with a 7 day clean car guranteee so if at any point in the 7 day range you want your car washed again they will do it for free (I usually take advantage of this no matter what, why not?) read more

The worst car wash possible. I opt for the interior clean and this is the second time it has been awful! The last time I had to turn back around and have it completely redone..this time I just figured forget it. I literally grabbed a towel when they were done and did the rest of it myself. The back was not vacuumed out and still had sand everywhere....the only thing wiped down or dusted was the steering wheel and dash! I stopped using this place when they jumped from $21 to $30. I've been using the surf thru down the street but thought I'd bite the bullet and get a full service car wash. Never again! It turns out that $30 no longer gets the inside clean, they vacuumed my front floor mats and cleaned my windshield. Went there yesterday paid 45.00 for a hand wash. They paid no attention to detail at all. Smudges on windows and looked like they didn't even try to clean around my center console. Also they only managed to clean 3 out of 4 tires. Didn't clean the floor mats. Waste of money and time. Which is weird cause 4 people were working on the car at one time. Don't take your car here. Had my car detailed here a couple of years ago and I was impressed by the job they had done. I think the cost was $150 and worth it. Went by the other day to inquire about the hand wash and felt like I was bothering the young man out front that would handle the appointment. Decided to try again a couple of days later and had much better luck. I set up an appointment for this morning for the $40 hand wash and an additional $20 to have the outside trim treated. I specifically asked if it included the wiper arms and all the trim around it and he assured me it did. So I paid the $60 this morning and tipped the kid $10 hoping for a job well done. Got the car an hour later and drove off without giving it a close look. At $70 why should I have to? Turns out I had to finish cleaning the inside of the doors, the protective covering in the hatchback area, and of course they didn't take care of the trim around the wipers. Chose not to go back and try to deal with those people again. So, if you're the kind of person that expects a job well done for your $60 or $70 this probably is not the place for you. Meh...First and last time I come here...I should have read the reviews before hand..this car wash is a joke..it's ran by KIDS yes KIDS that have NO IDEA how to run a car wash or a business in that fact..pulled up and asked for a super detail and washed the child that gives you the option said it would be 50 bucks but would probably take few hrs because there's a car in front of me..I take a look..there is a car before me waiting to be detailed..then I just happens to look over to my right and the detail child and the other person whom car is SUPPOSE to be being detailed instead they are chatting away and laughing..anyways I choose the 24.00 dollar option...about 10 mins later the car is completely done....wait what 10 mins?? So I go get my car tip 5 dollars get into my car look around and trying to find out what they cleaned and what they washed?? the car looked the same as I took it in! How is this ok? Why is there KIDS here with no actual adult what a waste of space..So I paid 24 plus 5 total of 29 dollars..I paid 29 dollars too much I WILL NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY read more

I have had my vehicles serviced here several times. The first two times, they left the oil filter loose, which left a drip on my driveway. Last month I took my truck in for oil, filter and a chassis lube. Part of this service is to check all of the fluids, including the differentials. The attendant informed me that they were done with the service and proceeded to tell me that all of the fluid levels were correct and that they had lubed all (2 according to the attendant) service points. I told the attendant that there were 4 lube points. After telling me that I was incorrect and dismissive of my concerns, I had him put the truck back into the lube bay and proceeded to show him the missed lube points. When I got home I checked under the chassis and noted that the front and rear differentials had never been checked. This was based on the amount of road silt built up in the access plug. They lied. I will not be returning for any service at this facility. read more

Brought my Jeep in yesterday to get it cleaned. I had cleaned my floor mats earlier at home because last time they said it was a surcharge to do it there. So after the Jeep was done I went and checked it out. My floor mats were still in back, not replaced by the seats. Ok, I could live with that. But then I noticed there was dirt still inside rear by tail gate and also when you open the doors some smeared dirt from getting inside car. Young man working came over, and after showing said those dirt areas said that was not included in the $20 cleaning I paid for. Drove back to the front to speak with asst. manager believe (Jerome). He confirmed they don't clean those area, just dry outside, do windows and "dust" inside dash. Said they would be there forever if they had to clean everything. As we were talking water is dripping down from hatch area. He didn't even offer to wipe it, said that was from driving my car over around to the back. So next time I want a car wash and "dusting" I will return to Winners Crossing. Other than that, I will look for a more quality car wash. read more

Went to have my vehicle washed yesterday. I have some after market floor mats and explained very clearly how to remove so they could be cleaned properly for an additional $5. When my vehicle was ready I began to inspect and noticed like all the other similar car wash businesses in town that they are at best average. I paid $31 total not icluding the tip I would of given. However, as I went to get in the drivers side, the floor mat was not in place and the floor carpet was pulled out from along the door area and the truck was turned off in the "drive" gear position with the emergency flashers left on. I since discovered that they ripped out the floor mats damaging the carpet (tearing it). I asked to speak to the manager who eventually identified himself as the owner. He did offer to reimburse for the damages, not known at the time. I asked if he had a business card to which he replied he didn't have any. I stated you're the owner and you don't have business cards, to which I received basically a blank stare. Even though they refunded me my money, his attitude towards providing at a minimum quality customer service was less than adequate. Obviously I will not take any of my vehicle's there again, the truck is only a few months old but I would encourage anyone to think twice before taking your business to this less than professional car wash. PS anyone know of a quality car wash, please don't say Mission, they are just a step above in the cleaning of a vehicle, but friendlier. read more

I have been taking my Toyota Tacoma here to get it washed for the past several months and they have been doing a fantastic job. Several friends and co-workers have asked me where I take it and I am happy to share. They do an excellent job on my truck. So this past Saturday, I decide to use their Lube Express Service for my truck and my husband's Ram Truck. These guys are fantastic. I took my truck first and Sean was the technician. They were speedy and did a great job. They are a little more expensive than the place I normally take mine, but I got $10 off the car wash. Once again, they did a great job on my truck. So, my husband gets me to take his truck in right after that. Sean was the tech again. He checks the air filter and shows me how bad it is and replaces it for relatively cheap. I am super pleased - I would give that service 5 stars! So, I take it through the car wash and I don't know if it was late in the day or if the people were tired, but the wash was horrible. His truck came back with spots all over it, they half ass wiped out the interior and called it good. I still tipped the people because I take mine there all the time, but my husband was like "what happened - I thought you said they did a good job????" Anyway, I want to praise them and point out their defects at the same time. Maybe it was just a bad day for them? I guess I will try them again, but I don't think I can convince my husband unless he is going for the oil change as well. Three stars for the job they did on his truck (carwash only) Once again, I would give the oil change folks 5 stars for being super efficient on a weekend! read more
