Usually when we come through, the employees are great -- 5 stars all the way -- and I apologize for not posting reviews during those visits. On this particular day, though, the experience felt different. I'm not sure if the staff was tired or just having an off day, but they didn't inquire about my side mirrors like they normally do. In past visits, they've always been proactive about pushing my mirrors in before spraying down my car, which I really appreciate. I still want to acknowledge that they offer great monthly rates, free vacuums, cleaning solutions, and towels for customers to use -- which is a big plus. They're closed on Sundays and open Monday through Saturday from 7:30am-7:30pm. Hoping this was just an off day because overall, we've had mostly great experiences here. read more

This place blows ... and sucks Lickety Split is Fernley's newest car wash.Half automated and half self service. You drive up, use the display screen, choose your wash, add your card and pull through. The service attendant could see we were having "newbie" struggles and offered assistance. Options range from a one time use for $12.99 up to a one time use best of the best for $20 plus. The attendant stated a "family " package will soon be an option. Allowing multiple cars on the same plan. The drive-thru wash has multiple stations. The best part, the blow dryers. Multiple blowers that really blow the water off the car. After you drive through the automated wash, you head to the self service area. Here you will find unlimited use for the vacuum cleaners. These really suck! Recently traveled with our long hair dog, no more straggling hair in the back seat. Along with the vacuum, they provide an air compressed hose to blow out the nooks and crannies as well as glass cleaner, interior cleaner, clean towels and large trash receptacles. It was awesome to have a clean shiny car but the ability to clean the inside to my liking included in the price, game changer. We will definitely be back. read more

Very few car washes in Fernley are worth reviewing. I was surprised by the cheerful & helpful attendants that are there working hard to bring value to a "drive-thru" car wash. This is a very neat and tidy operation. Their Supreme wash was pretty thorough. I would say that it probably cleared about 95% of the grime off of my SUV. One of the best things is that they provide clean microfiber towels for your use, but also good quality glass cleaning supplies and also regular cleaners to finish your interior details. They also have very powerful vacuums for your use too. Overall for the money, (under $30), this place hits all the marks! read more

There are quite a few car washes in the town to pick from and I have been through them. I am picky about it getting my truck washed and dried. I was very impressed with this car wash! My truck was dirty and it was really clean, this car wash even got my hard tonneau cover clean and dried in the middle. First carwash I have found to do that. After the wash they had the vacuum, cloths and sprays to finish up the interior. I signed for the unlimited washes per month, great deal!!! I really wanted to like this car wash we were so excited when it opened the first time we went through I noticed very little tiny scratches almost naked to the blind eye all over the car but could only see them under direct sunlight we thought we would try again considering we bought the 40$ package and when our car got dirty again this time we went through on the passenger side were long scratches all the way from the front fender to the back back fender they were not deep scratches and can probably be buffed out (but I don't own a buffer) we could hear it slapping against the car almost thumping also on the rubber around the windows all deep scratches which cannot be polished or buffed out.. :( this is a reoccurring $39.99 charge every month be ware NO REFUNDS.. we are gonna go back to a touch less wash never had an issue read more
